Good luck for the longer fast @Smartmove if you get a hunger pang just call a friend or deep clean something!

I had a great weekend. Didn't gorge on anything. So nice feeling good on a Monday. Scale stubborn. Sticking at 9.13. I don't mind this weight but 9.11 might be nicer!

started my fast at 1745 then went out for an hours walk with my friends. Covered 2.8 miles which was nice. Tomorrow I have a first aid course so I’m going to walk there which is up a massive hill. Should get the blood pumping 🤣🤣

I didn’t manage! I should have prob had a bit more to eat at lunch to keep my going by 6pm I was starving! Will weigh tmrw!
@WorthySloth well done for getting back straight to it!
@Bubbles44 think ur body loves 9.13! I bet you look great and 2 pounds makes little difference it’s in ur head u want to be less! I think my body like 10 but I much prefer 9.11!

Morning all, I'd like to join.

I'm quite a bit heavier than all of you, and have done well to lose 5 stone so far on Glp1 and fasting. Another 5 stone to go!

I usually do 20:4 and eat within 2-6pm.

I truly believe in fasting, much more so than CICO for the hormonal reasons

anyway I weighed in this morning and am down 1lb. Hopefully won’t take me long to lose the rest. Away again in a month so would like to be into the 10’s by then 😊

got a first aid course today 🥱 so I’m walking there and back and I’ve packed my lunch. Should get to about 18 or 19 hours before I break my fast 🤞 tbh there’s no option there to buy chocolate or crisps so I’m pretty safe from temptation 🤣🤣

Weighed in this morning at 1lb down bringing me to 11:4. Proves it was mostly guiness weight 🤣🤣 I don’t eat masses when I’m away and we walk and dance a lot. It’s just that we are pretty much drinking all day and my choice is fairly calorific. Not swapping tho because I enjoy it. If I start drinking g&t all day it might be less calories but I’ll be pissed 🤣🤣

Ah @Smartmove the scale isn't moving for me either. Frustrating isn't it! I'm being so good at the moment. Only good thing is not really craving treats so not tempted to give up and eat chocolate. Really want a pound off asap!

perimenopause is making this so hard!!! Not helping that last month my sleep isn’t great.
aim to be 9.13 before the cake on Sunday!

Weighed in this morning and stayed the same. That’s ok. Will weigh again tomorrow. Work for the next three days which will be busy with not much food 😊 which will help.

Morning all,

Well done on your losses and maintains.

10:13:9 for me. Happy to be in the 10’s, just! Would have liked a little more off.

i have worked out three times this week and will do one more before the end of the week.

Aim is 10:12 by next Friday and then push to 10:9.

No real plans this weekend so should be able to steer clear of alcohol. I don’t want to have put loads on my Monday so need a good mindset.

@Bubbles44 and @hollyblueivy it’s hard isn’t it? I’m 56 and the weight is determined to hang around. Tbh as long as I don’t add any more on a permanent basis I’m ok with that but I would like to be a bit slimmer so I fit in my clothes better.

looking forward to seeing a 10 on the scales at some point and then hopefully settling in that zone 🤣🤣

@Bubbles44 its hard isn’t it! If we keep being consistent it will drop. Marathon not a sprint!

@WorthySloth it can take some time to come off after the weekend. Ur being consistent u will see ten soon!

Weighed in this morning at 11.3 off to work so another day of activity and not a lot of time or opportunity to eat. Hopefully the downward trend will continue 😊 stay strong over the weekend everyone!

but still not back to 9.11
out tonight but will be good!!!! Cake enters house tmrw and it could be tricky! Looking to maintain this weekend and make it back to 9.11 next weekend
really odd how I got to 9.11 a fortnight ago quite easily and this last 2 weeks I’m eating less and it’s not happening?!

Pound off at last! Can't believe how long it's taken. Been so on plan and so much exercise. Trouble is I'm out today with friends and have a lunch planned tomorrow so I'll probably be 4 pounds up by Monday!

Well done everyone for a good week. Straight back on plan Monday and be as mindful as possible until then!

Morning,

Friday was ok home cooked meal and pudding but no alcohol.

Ended up having breakfast and lunch yesterday, then takeaway, half a bottle of wine and pudding. This is so me on a weekend.

If it’s any consolation @hollyblueivy I’m only losing this weekend because I’m on a run of 3 12 hour shifts and don’t really have the time or opportunity to eat anything nice plus I can’t drink otherwise I’d really struggle to work.

today I have to get the train to London to pick up one of our clients. I actually think I’m going to have a McDonalds breakfast on the way up because I haven’t eaten since about 2pm yesterday.

already looking forward to my hash brown 🤣🤣

Was good last night - 2 drinks. Shared a main not many carbs. Maintained 9.12

however today once the cake started I couldn’t stop ! And then the Prosecco was opened. Not even my bday !

tmrw I’m back on it! Holiday in ten days!
