I’ve just planned tmrw though rather than winging it and all the sugar is now gone from the house!!!! Looking fwd to feeling less bloated

soup
chicken pie no pastry
all
of above home made. Drop of milk in coffees and a Babybel if need snack
should manage 8 thousand steps.

Yes it couldn’t have gone any better to be honest and I really enjoyed it! Will be doing it next year.

I need to plan food too instead of winging it. It’s like I think I need to lose weight and it will just happen, but clearly it doesn’t work like that!

I wanted to be good yesterday, didn’t eat all day as wasn’t hungry from carb loading and then had burger with mac n cheese for dinner and a baked cookie!

Try again today!

Weighed in at a pound down from Sunday. Hoping to be another one down by the time I go away on Thursday before I pile a load on again 🤣🤣 might keep the guiness to a minimum to try to keep it down a little bit but who knows

Hope it's been a positive day for everyone and back into the swing of things!

Good day here. Early run, long fast. I did have two shortbread biscuits but skipped dinner as have a head cold so hoping that cancels it out.

@WorthySloth what's your approach whilst you're away? Just deal with consequences when home or more be more mindful?

@Bubbles44 I deal with the consequences later 🤣🤣 tbh when we are away we don’t tend to eat loads and we walk a lot and dance a lot. It’s the beer that’s the issue but 🤷‍♀️ I am really strict on work days and a bit more relaxed on days off but still fast until lunchtime. When I’m away anything goes.

weighed in this morning back down to 11.2 so hopefully tomorrow I will be back down to Fridays low before I stick it all back on again 🤣🤣 goes on quick so I hope it will come off quick.

after this it’s a month until we are away again so I’d like to be solidly into the 10’s by then 🤞🤞

So today is a new month, the slate is wiped clean and I’m in for (yet another) fresh start. I’m like a broken record but let’s try this as Christmas will be creeping before we know so I need neeed neeed to get some progress under my belt.

11:2:3 - It’s gone up again. So 7lb chunk would be 10:9.

Lets go!

I’m weighing more regularly than I’d like at the moment but I think that’s because it keeps going up and I want to try to keep in check.

11:1:2 today. I’d absolutely really love to have an amazing first week in an October and get 3lb off to 10:12. This would give me a good boost and momentum as when I set a 1lb goal it’s almost like I think I can still have treats as ‘only’ trying to lose a pound. In reality I don’t really try and don’t really lose!

So the plan is 10:12 by next Friday.

Broadly - 1300 calories roughly tracked per day (lunch dinner and snack with 4 hot drinks and plenty water)
Try to keep steps up and get in a few workouts run / gym sessions.

Only two alcoholic drinks over the weekend.

Right that’s the plan, just need to follow it now!

Weighed in this morning at 11.1 so it’s only taken me about 3 or 4 days to lose what I put on last weekend. Off for my weekend away now so I’ll be back to being strict next week 🤣🤣

Hello! 👋 Please could I join? I’m 10.3 which is the heaviest I’ve ever been. But really struggling to shift the weight - it’s storing on my belly! Ah the joys of menopause! I’m 50 tomorrow! What used to work for me just doesn’t seem to work anymore.

I’m going to try and make a meal plan for next week and get a food shop delivered. I really struggle for ideas though.
I break my fast around lunchtime and I’m never sure whether to have breakfast’ or lunch 😆

Please join @Happyinheels we can try give u some ideas! What do u like to eat / enjoy? Have u looked up some of the fast 800 meals? They are balanced and lowish carbs and full you. Up with fibre and protein.

I’ve gone off into carb and sugar land!!!! I’m feeling so bloated and weighing in very heavy! I’m back now and had good day yest and planned today. My meals are

yoghurt raspberries nuts (10 almonds)
cottage cheese with lots of salad and avacado . 2 rice cakes
salmon and Mexican salad home made

will be 1100 cals workout done. Steps soon 🔜

aim to be 9.10 for next sat but I have a lot a lot of bloat to get off and not sure I’ll make it!!!!

Have a good weekend @WorthySloth im still trying to loose what I gained Friday - Tuesday. I think it will take me till next Monday to get back to 9.11!!! I do find it takes the same no of days plus 1/2 more to loose the bloat !

Erm, I eat most things really. It’s the having to make sure what I’m cooking for tea can do my teens as well.

Hello and welcome @Happyinheels. What sort of fasting do you do? What's your goal weight? Do you weigh daily or weekly? I'm currently 9.13. Ideally prefer to be around 9.10 but it's hard.

Hope you get down back in the 10's soon @hollyblueivy. Sounds a good plan for the weekend.

@Smartmove good luck over the weekend. Good not having too many plans but sometimes my mindset thinks I deserve chocolate. Needs to be a good one!!

How is everyone’s weekend?

im in at 10 stone! I keep popping up to this weight . I obviously ate way too much last weekend as it’s not back to 10.11 despite being good last 4 days. Anyways keep going! I’m also mid cycle which I find makes me a bit bloated so hoping that’s a bit of it?!

Tonight I am going to a walking group which is part of my running group. Designed for those of us who have got out of running and want to stay part of the group. Should be good fun. I’ve hopefully arranged my work shifts so I can go at least once a week

I’m about to embark on a long fast with a hope I’ll drop some of this weight I’m holding onto!

I just had a huge bowl of soup and a lot of dark chocolate! Had eggs and veg this am. Am full

i can do this. Water drinking and 19 hours to go….if I fail I have some boiled eggs to go to!

I’ve just done 23 hours. I was hungry last night but had a green tea and went to bed. Felt fine this morning so went through till lunchtime.
