time to get back into fasting and ignore it’s the summer holidays!

I go on holiday 5 weeks today! Need to be in the 9’s by then! Last 3 years I’ve been 9.9 determined to be as close to that as possible. Although this year is harder than ever! Keep going!!

11:2:7 here today - trying to focus more on protein intake although it’s actually harder than I thought. Staying hydrated and getting some form of movement in most days.

Weighed in at 11.2 exactly this morning. Still a bit bloated and sore in my tummy tho so although I can wear my new jeans I don’t think they would be very comfortable.

Have a weekend away again in a month so will work on the bloat for that one 🤣🤣 although I am really happy I can fasten them easily now.

@hollyblueivy looks like me and you are pretty much twinning at the moment 🤣🤣 I still have very little appetite at the moment so I’m only eating what I really want to which I think is helping but I’m annoyed by the bloating. If it continues I’ll try to speak to the doctor next week.

Pasta and bread yesterday so slight scale increase today - will try to reduce carbs a bit to get a reasonable Friday weigh in tomorrow

11.1:6 this morning before I head off for a weekend to gain if back 🤣🤣 still not got a huge appetite so I’m trying to only eat when I’m hungry avoid snacks and not force myself to finish my meal if I don’t want it. If I feel snacky I’m asking myself if I am bored thirsty or hungry before I reach for the biscuits.

I’ll weigh in on Monday and assess the damage but for now there are many pints of Guinness with my name on 🤣🤣

I’m going to a few gigs so lots of dancing to keep my activity levels up 💃

A pound off overnight. Another one to 10 maybe by Monday. Then back to 9.11 after 10.00 it gets though

i I can feel myself thinking its ok to reach for the choc but its not!!

work out Friday sat Sunday night and no alcohol!!! Xxx

11:3:6 for me which is the same as last Friday. During this week I have been one pound either side of that at varying points. Would really like to see something off next Friday. I am eating well, low alcohol, very few sweet treats and moving so thought I may have seen something off this week. My body composition has definitely improved and my stomach is less bloated so not sure why it isn’t showing on the scale.

on it again now. Reckon some of that is beer weight so 🤞 it’ll come back off soon.

Up to 11:4:1, not a bad weekend increase from Friday so I’ll take that as had some drinks and treats in the weekend too.

Back to it today and ready for a great week leading to a bank holiday weekend - there’s always something isn’t there?!

im having some marinated salmon and veg this week
chicken tie fry with Thai basil and oyster sauce and chilli’s
harrisa chicken thighs with chick peas!

I’ve not weighed . Weekend was average but too carby but didn’t drink and didn’t go majorly over calories as didn’t eat out. I did work out. I’ll weigh on Wednesday and hope to be 10 stone

That food sounds lovely. I’m going for salmon today with pasta but I’ll go easy on the portion size. I’ve been quite hungry this week. Not sure whether to push through or eat a little bit more.

And today I’m at 11.2. Think that shows the beer weight comes off fairly easily. Need to start working on the rest to get to my 11 stone first goal.

taking my daughter away for a night next week. Wonder if I can get somewhere near 11 for that?

@WorthySloth Well done on dropping the beer weight so quickly!

I had had a good week and stuck to my calories. Ended on 11:2:7 which is about a pound off from last Friday.

Would absolutely love to see another pound off by next week as I haven’t been in the 11:1 region for so so long!

I thought the weigh may have dropped a little quicker with counting calories but I’m holding out maybe for a whoosh soon.

Hope you all had a lovely bank holiday weekend. That extra one day makes all the difference. It’s been a good one with a mix of food and drinks but enough balance to remain at 11:2:7 today, which is what I was on Friday.

Very pleased with that.

hello! I’ve started with intermittent fasting again so not eating before 11am and closing my window after my evening meal. Relaxing it if I am away.

weighed in this morning at 11:1.6 so hopefully it’s helping 😊

am away for the weekend on Friday would really like to have a 10 on the scale by Thursday before I destroy it with beer and fried chicken 🤣🤣
