Today I am on 11:0.2 I will weigh in again tomorrow because I would absolutely love to see a 10 on those scales before the weekend. Not sure I will but 🤞

Weighed in at 11:1 this morning. On the plus side I’m wearing the jeans I accidentally bought a size too small today and they are comfortable so I’ll take that as a win!

I weight in at 9.9 so I’m back to pre hols . I’m now away so obviously will go back up! But now I just need to focus on week and relax a bit at weekends . Continue my excercise and fasting!

@WorthySloth well done, hopefully you see your 10 v soon!

@hollyblueivyhopefully after this half term things will click and you’ll be back in the 10’s. It’s hard when losing and gaining the same couple of pounds on a loop. Feel like I’ve only just come out of that myself. Feel like, for me the key is consistent on plan weekends and then you get a breakthrough! So hard though!

Im 9.12, would be nice to see 9.10 before I go away later this week but I'm just happy being in the 9’s!

@Bubbles44 its not easy! I basically only hit it a few days a year! And it goes at back up! I’m having to watch my food and excercise all day everyday. I took my eye off the ball for long bank holiday and I’m up 4 pounds. Will
soend this week shedding it!

@hollyblueivy how r u?

today I’ve had yoghurt and berries
huge omelette with feta
and going to have a stir fry

I’m currently starving! Will push through

So after my weekend away I weighed in on Monday at 11:4.2 and today I have weighed in at 11:1.4

I am now off work with a tummy bug so not sure how that will affect it. Currently not hungry or thirsty just a bit chilly and sorry for myself.

away again on Sunday just for one night.

tummy bug helps with weight loss but do not recommend 😭😭

Weighed in after my night away. 11:2.0

Thats ok. Away again Friday to Monday then have a night out the Saturday after then have a couple of weeks before my 10 days away. I’m going to fast when I’m not away and no alcohol at all unless we are away. July is going to be less hectic then we have a couple of things in August but they are festival type events where we drink a lot less because of cost and toilet availability 🤣🤣

@Smartmove Are you still working out - what kind of time are you spending on exercising per week?

11:5:00 for me today which isn’t bad from the start of the week. I would really like two off by next Friday.

I am really inconsistent with my gym, run and walking lately and need to get some routine back. I haven’t done anything this week. Half term hangover I think!

@hollyblueivy i do one reformer Pilates a week (45 mins)
2/3 weights at home - Caroline girvan.
20 mins peloton.

so prob about just under 2.5 hours on my best weeks. But prob more like just under 2 . I prefer it to be closer to 2.5 but that means I need to do 4 sessions and usually only get 3 in

Weighed in this morning at 11:0.8. Away now tho.

Have decided to commit to 70k steps a week because that has helped before. Work days I sometimes struggle which is why I’m setting a weekly target but I’m hoping to work up to a minimum of 10k per day

Weighed in this morning at 11:1.0 Out on Saturday with friends for some food and music but 🤞 and weather permitting we are walking over so that’ll be at least 3 miles which might offset the indulgences 🤣🤣

I then have a good couple of weeks before my week away and I am really hoping to see a 10 somewhere on the scales before that!

11:3:8 so about a pound off. Would have liked two but only worked out once this week. Will try to keep food and drink intake steady this weekend as no major plans so shouldn’t ruin it. Will also try to get out for a walk and do some form or movement.

I’ve been out and about all weekend and put 2lb on.

I am back into calorie counting this week, tracking water intake as that’s fallen off a cliff and doing some form
of movement every single day, even if just a walk.

Feel bloated and need it to go down.

Was out the weekend and so didn’t weigh in. Was planning on doing it tomorrow morning but I’ve picked up a sleep in so it’ll have to wait until Wednesday now.

Post weekend 11:4:1 - aim is 11:3 by Friday which I haven’t been that on a Friday in a long time.

Not sure I’ll be doing much outside this week, our forecast goes up to 37 on Thursday!

The gym is air conditioned so I plan to go 3-4 times this week even if for a quick half an hour each time.
