Hello, everyone! I’m still here! Just up and down with the usual challenges! Really trying to work on my sugar issues. Some days succeeding and some days massively failing. Work has been really stressful since Christmas so I’ve found things harder. Fasting is good, exercise is good. Just when I have a moment of weakness i seem to spiral! Weight wise im about 10.3ish. Away at the moment so on my return will get properly stuck in and post daily for accountability!
Hope you guys are all good! How is it Easter!! Still trying to burn off the Christmas treats!

11:4:7 here that’s 1.5lb down from yesterday and I think a more realistic measure of where I am at the moment.

sadly I’ve been eating a lot of choc! Seems like Easter started early and everyone been giving the kids chocs it’s mad!!!! I’ve somehow maintained but not very healthily (choc instead of fruit etc). Anyways once I get back will have to sort out my choc addiction!
im feeling fine at this weight but wish maintain it was a bit easier and more intuitive!

I tried on my jeans last night. They fasten a lot easier but are still too tight to be comfortable but I feel I have made progress 😊

@Smartmove don’t be downhearted! Enjoy your weekend then get back on it. I usually find I eat better in the summer because I’m not craving stodge plus I’m more active. I’m planning on going swimming when the weather improves and try to get into good habits to last me through the winter.

weighed in after holiday at 10.3 which I maintained over holiday so happy with that. Had quite a bit of chocolate Sunday and Monday but all good since then. Away this weekend but should be able to keep it relatively healthy. Might weigh in the morning to see where I’m at after the Easter chocs. Back into routine next week. Really want to work on my sugar issues and increase strength training before holidays at the end of May!

Weighed in yesterday after my weekend away yesterday at 11:6. Probably a chunk of beer weight there tbh. I seem to have a UTI at the minute as well and feel a bit bloated and uncomfortable from that. Must see a pharmacist about that today before it gets a proper hold.

11:3:6 this morning so think I’ve done ok this week.

Out today but should be ok from tomorrow. I’m back into my fitness and that is helping too.

Gahhhh! 4lb on this weekend!!!

I need to change something. I think the most logical thing to do is to calorie count. Hopefully that will bring some awareness and make me stop when too much is too much.

Drawing a line and starting new today.

Day 1 11:7:8

Two goals, first is 10:12 and the next where I will maintain from is 10:9.

Ideally first goal by end of June.

I remember at the start of the year I wanted that by the end of April so feeling a bit frustrated with myself that I’ve been messing around for so long.

Weighed in this morning at 11:3. I’m crediting a uti which seems to have taken my appetite 🤣🤣 plus 3 straight days at work where I just haven’t felt like eating. Day off today then working loads this week 57 hours plus a sleep in 😭😭 so that’ll restrict my eating 🤣🤣 hopefully will fit in my jeans ready for Yungblud next Thursday 🤞🤞

@hollyblueivy how is calorie counting what have u set urself? I only ever calorie counting as I have no control ow and think I can keep eating!!!!

Hello, I’m staying around 10.3 at the moment. Frustrating as feel like I’m doing all the right things. I honestly think getting older starts to change everything. I know everyone says it but dropping a couple of pounds seems a lot harder at the moment. On the positive side, I maintained that weight over holiday and a busy couple of weeks. Sugar addiction seems better controlled. I guess I just keep going and as long as it isn’t going up it’s all good. I do have a holiday in May I would like to
be in the 9’s for.

is your weekend weight coming off fast @hollyblueivyhope the calorie counting works. How many will you have a day?!

@Bubbles44 I’m quite bloated from my UTI still although I have lost some weight. I can fasten them but they aren’t the most comfortable. I’m drinking lots of water and upping my fibre because I’m not sure if it’s a bit of constipation as well after my antibiotics (sorry TMI 🤣🤣)

@SmartmoveHooe you had a nice break and have managed to do some damage limitation before the weekend kicks in. Are you still working out?

@WorthySlothHope the bloat has gone down and you’re feeling a bit better. When are you wanting the jeans to fit by? Has it helped to have this non scale target to work towards?

@Bubbles44You are the queen at maintaining! I know you find it frustrating but it is a super hard thing to do! I think you’re right that it gets harder and harder to lose even the smallest amount of weight as we get older. Not sure what we can do about that.

I was 11:3:4 last Friday and I am 11:3:6 so essentially a maintain for me this week but I did gain a bit over the weekend so as usual have spent the week trying to get that off.

I feel motivated and in the zone so let’s see how long this lasts over the weekend as I need to make some progress!!

the jeans fasten and I could wear them. Still need a bit off to be really comfortable because I like them a bit loose. Have another week before the date I had given myself.

oddly since I had my uti I’ve had no appetite so I’m barely eating. Not loosing as much as I thought I might tho. If it carries on I’ll try to get a doctor’s appointment next week because it’s odd for me. Cheaper than WLI though 😭😭

Hey guys! @WorthySloth well done for getting the jeans to fasten! Sometimes it will come off in a woosh stay strong and hopefully will drop again!

@hollyblueivy hope not too much damage has been done this weekend!

I’ve been to family so eaten and drunk more than usual. I did keep with up with gym.

will weigh tmrw and I have a very very few quiet works but busy work wise so hoping I focus on fasting / gym / no alcohol for a while and just being healthy!

right im back on it
am 10.3 today after holiday and weekend at families. We all back to work / usual routine I have NO nights out for 3 weeks so will stay alcohol free. Fresh home made food and 3/4 work outs a week

this week will be
monday Friday sat Sunday . May even manage Tuesday. And I’ll walk wherever I can the sun is starting to peep out

1200 cals this week and today no sugar.
yoghurt mango chia
salad and chicken grilled
thai red curry no rice
apple and almonds snack
