time to get back into fasting and ignore it’s the summer holidays!

Actually after I took that photo I tried again got on my tiptoes and breathed in and managed to fasten them. However I couldn’t breathe out or sit down and looked like a very badly stuffed sausage 🤣🤣 so obviously not very good.

I have 6 weeks before I go away to see Yungblud. That’s when I’d like to be able to wear them. I’ll try them on every Sunday and judge my progress.

11:4:1 today up from 11:3:8 on Friday - I don’t think that’s too bad for a weekend. I had small snacks, a couple of pints and a small portion of our takeaway. Good lvel
of moderation I think.

Did well on the gym last week and hoping to do that again this week. I want to be 11:3 by Friday.

Did a mid week weigh and I’m 11:3 which is my target for Friday. I need to not sabotage, keep it there and not increase over the weekend so I can work towards another pound off next week.

Good work @hollyblueivy i hope u have behaved and not thought that weight u can eat ur way into a heavier weight!!!

im ok - ive got into a bad habit of having something sweet most days - like not just dark chocolate but also mini eggs and icecream and i dont even desp want it im just being lazy with discipline. Today will be my first sugar free day in ages! Will weigh tmrw am hoping to have maintence which i should have done
done my work outs though this weekend wr have various things on so may not have managed my 4 this week (did Tuesday, wed and hopefully manage on Sunday ). I should manage 5 next week though so hopefully balance it out!

great job on the workouts @SmartmoveI managed two so far this week and should be able to get another in before the week is done. Finally enjoying working out and moving again so hopefully this habit will stick for a while.

I read your comment after I had treated myself to an almond croissant yesterday and then had some chocolate after dinner. I think a Thursday is a mini treat day as I I usually do well mon-wed which is about as long as I can go in a row!

11:2:7 today so all good and on my way to 11:2 next Friday allowing for a little rise over the weekend.

I’m 11:4.6 today. Been a bit up and down with my weight but I’m trying. Away tomorrow for a night then nothing else booked until Easter so hopefully project fit into my jeans should stand a chance of success 🤣🤣

You’ve done well to keep things relatively steady and not go too high up the scales. Enjoy your night away and have plenty of time for project jeans when home. Love this challenge for you!

im ok - i had a pretty full on weekend in the end and ended up having wine and chocs on Mother’s Day but too much of both! Yest I therefore ate a lot of carbs!
today is another day and planning on tracking and eating nice nourishing healthy food and will weigh on wed and sat i think with a aim to be back 9.10 by sat

Mid week weigh 11:3:6 - On track for a maintain or half a pound on. I am rubbish at this!

11:3:6 - Nearly a pound on from last week when the plan was supposed to be to drop to 11:2

I am in a cycle of going up and down on the same couple of pounds and essentially maintaining.

I have a lot on this weekend so diet will be near on impossible. Will just have to see what I am on Monday and take it from there with the plan to get down to 11:2 / 11:1 as soon as possible!

I’ve maintenances this week which is good
ive managed 5 work outs which is great! And ive eaten some treats but no drinks. Prob the way fwd to maintain but not be starving all day but most weeks I can only find time for 3 work outs maybe 4….and I usually have 2/3 drinks a week..anyways

im going on holiday in a fortnight so could do with dropping another pound but we all know how hard that is to do!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a great balance you have there @Smartmovewell done on 5 workouts! The most I manage is 3 - I have intentions of doing more but it’s hard to squeeze in. Good bit of focus the next couple of weeks before your holiday sounds like a good plan, do you have much on the weekends?

I had an indulgent weekend and am a few pounds up, will weigh daily this week to hopefully see the scale settle back down. Was supposed to be 11st 1lb by Friday but that is not going to happen now.

Right I go away in 8 days and need to not go into f it holiday mode
checking in every day here
noticed I’m eating a lot of choc daily! It’s not healthy and I’m feeling bloated. Prob 400 cals worth - talking over half a large choc bar!

checking in every day here . 1500 lets me maintain and actually a pound off would be good tbh!

so here we go (only 150 cals of choc allowed a day!!!)

Weighed in at 11:3 this morning. Woohoo. Am at work 4 days this week which will help my diet. Will give the jeans a try tomorrow when I’m off 😊

Well done @WorthySlothare you following any kind of plan at the moment?

I was 11:6:3 this morning - that’s the heaviest I have seen in a very very long time and it’s shook me into sorting this out! Ideally I want to get to 10:9 so I need to lose 11.5 pounds. I’d like ti see a good drop within the first two weeks as I feel so bloated around the tummy area at the moment and it doesn’t feel good. Will probably try to do a daily check in here to keep focus.

Whoopy! Me too on daily checks! I’m up 2 from weekend which I need to get off this week before I fly on Monday am for a week.
no gym for me today and not many steps at all…
but food wise is
sourdough and almond butter
lentil bake
chicken salad for tea
apple for snack
no sugar or chocolate. Must not have a mini egg!!!!!!
will be 1200 and will be back on tonight at 8pm to confirm success!

@hollyblueivy I rely on working 12 hour days and not having the opportunity to eat for my loss this week 🤣🤣

working 4 days this week then away for the weekend. My social life gets in the way of my dieting 😭😭

Btw I’ve started buying the John west tuna salad things for work lunches plus anything that is similar. More interesting than a sandwich and really filling. I struggle with stuff you add water to because sometimes I’m out in the car all day with no access to a kettle
