girls r u there? I’ve gone off wagon into the abyss and weigh over 10 stone for first time in like ever

time to get back into fasting and ignore it’s the summer holidays!

My goals for next week are to get a healthier sleep pattern and to up my water intake. Hoping to add in exercise as well thinking about swimming once a week to help with toning. That’s for next week though

ive had a good week
of course the weekend is now here
im 9.11.5 yay! So 1.5 to come off before my lowest weight and where I had hoped to maintain. I am out today but I think I could do it for next Friday if I focus this week

plan is to continue to drink lots which helps! And my work outs!

does anyone have Renpho scales here

@Smartmove we have RENPHO scales. They’re good. Means you can’t have a sneaky weigh in and then pretend you didn’t tho 🤣🤣

@WorthySloth what do you think about their fat / muscle results? I have bmi 22 and strength train lot but sub cut fat is still yellow!
im not at all ripped but im not fat!

Think you can adjust the settings to athletic if you train a fair bit which registers differently. Been a while since I’ve needed to do that tho 🤣🤣

Right. I’m weighing in tomorrow morning and will get back on it. I need a bit of a reset tbh so I have decided to
1 - improve my sleep hygiene. No screens after 9pm consistent bedtime and wake up

2 - increase my water intake. I’ve neglected it recently

3 - reduce screen time. My doom scrolling has increased and I don’t need it.

4 - move more in general try to hit 10k steps every day.

5 - crisps and chocolate weekends

I think these are achievable. My goal is to be able to wear my favourite short denim shorts for gigs in the summer. Tomorrow I am going to try them on and will take a photo of how far away they are from fitting 🤣🤣

I had a carb fest weekend! God knows what I’ll have weighed today! Anyways today is on plan will be 1200 and starting fasting already

will weigh myself tmrw excepting to be quite a bit up!!! No plans till Friday so hoping it will be off soon!

Weighed in. 11:7.4 ouch. Have reset my weight goals and will work towards them again.

Realised I have donated my favourite shorts in a fit of temper a couple of months ago 😭😭 will have to think of something else.

anyway I really want to concentrate on my sleep plus water intake plus less phone use. Healthy mind etc 😊

Hello everyone, hope you’re all having a lovely half term! All ok here. Not back to pre Christmas weight yet but getting closer, then I get to the weekend and it goes terribly wrong! Sticking to exercise and long fasts so just, as always need to get over my weekend sugar binges!!

so glad you a feeling in a better place @WorthySloth you sound focused and have a good, realistic plan. Be kind to yourself though, still early days!

@Smartmoveyes I have those scales too. Mine is quite high too but within normal range but higher end. Which considering my bmi is sometimes (pre Christmas) 20 seems strange. But I guess focus on visceral fat more as that’s more important. Would love to know how accurate these scales actually are?!

Just a quick check in - I’m 11:4:5 2lb on since Friday.

My head is not in it and rather than force it I’ll take a week or so off, try to get it out my system and come back with a new and improved outlook ready to go. That’s the intention anyway!

9.11 so 1 away from lowest. It’s not easy getting back there! I’m feeling ok though but aware how hard it is to stay at this weight! I’m constantly thinkin about food!

anyways I’ve decided it may be helpful to add in one more excercise session - I do 3 a week I’m going to try 4. It may not happen every week but I think it might help with maintence.
im going today and Sunday so that’s 4 this week.

next week will Wednesday Friday Sunday . And I’m unsure on the 4th I’d like to say sat but I’m out Friday and I know I’ll be lazy to do it! Maybe I could do Tuesday night before kids bath time….

Weighed in this morning at 11:5.6 so slowly heading downwards. Trying to move a bit more and eat a bit less and sleep a bit better and drink more water. I’ll add in exercise when I can get rid of this poxy cold 😊

Hi girls
weighed in at 10 today after the most ridiculous weekend. I had fun but was incredibly hungover and tired and so a lot of carbs and sugar consumed. Was a partically big night which doesn’t happen often. Anyways moving on from it. Was fun either way!

yest was a good day I started fasting at 5pm. Today I’m going to park so will get steps in as DD does her cycling.

my gym sessions will be a mix of strength Pilates and cardio . Trying for 4 moving fwd

@WorthySloth That sounds like a solid plan, how is it going. I struggle so much with drinking enough, it has to be such a constant effort but it dips so quickly!

@SmartmoveSounds like a fun weekend was had. Hope your body is over it by now. You’re doing so well with your plan to up your workouts. Im
barely even getting in the steps at the moment.

Two months into the new year and I’ve been very much treading water. March and April need to be kick into action months. I need to start seeing progress.

11:3:00 today - really I need 3lb off by Friday to stay on track. That’s not going to happen but hopefully through March I will catch up with my plan and end up where I want to be.

Drinking needs to be the focus today!

11:4:00 to end the week

I need to be 11 stone by next Friday but I doubt I can lose that in one week / I’m thinking about trying to have a super strict week just to see what I am capable of losing and to try and get back on track - once I’m on track I just need to lose half a pound per week.

Couple of low key socials but not going to drink this weekend. No plans to eat out or have take away so I think my strict week next week starts now - I need all the time I can get.

9.12 for me.
out tonight for a gig so be some drinks but ate quite ok today and worked out.
plan to be 10.12 next week as nothing on at all after tonight. I think it looks like 9.10-10 is my maintence weight . Of course I would like it to be lower but it’s hard work!!!!!

You’re doing fab at remaining under 10 stone and getting back there quickly if you notice you go over.

10:4:1 today so essentially a maintain for the weekend. Friday and Saturday went well then some snacks and alcohol crept in yesterday. Felt a bit guilty about it going to bed like I let myself down. Anyway. Monday again so fresh start and new month to work towards goals.

Last Friday I was 11:4:1 and today I’m 11:3:8 so barely any loss to report.

I have been much more active this week which has been good for my mind and hopefully in time will be good for the body too.

No plans this weekend so will try to reign in the treats and go again for another week.

I weighed in yesterday at 11:4.8 so a loss. Out for a Chinese and drinks tonight with work colleagues so won’t be weighing in for a few days 🤣🤣

have reset my goals and hoping to slowly get back down to under 11 stone 🤞 would like to be more comfortable in my clothes by the summer when I am away loads.

👋 remember I said about a pair of shorts I wanted to fit into then realised I’d donated them? Well I accidentally bought myself some jeans in the wrong size today 🤦‍♀️ but as they were in the sale and I got staff discount I’ve decided to keep them and see how long it takes for me to fit into them.

hopefully I have attached a photo showing how far away they are from fastening 😭😭
