time to get back into fasting and ignore it’s the summer holidays!

couldn’t resit the dark chocolate and some mini eggs! Ow was to plan and still in a small deficit!!!!
looks like I’ve spent all of Jan trying to remove Xmas weight!

Hello, hope everyone is having a good week. Are you managing to stick to your plans this week @Smartmove and @hollyblueivy?

I weighed 10.2 today. Such a stop/start January but things will hopefully start to click in place now. Booking holidays etc makes me want to stay on plan. My aim is to calm down the weekend with sugar and start prioritising strength training again!

The week is going ok, glad to be getting towards the end of January, felt quite flat this week so hopefully perk up soon. Thanks for the reminder about switching training plan @Bubbles44- I have been trying to do 2x cardio and 1x strength but think I will flip that during February and see how I get on. Maybe with short burst of cardio at the end of strength sessions if I have the time and energy.

Mid week weigh is 11:2:1 - I need to lost half a pound by Friday to be on track with my plan to be 149lb by end April.

Friday weigh day, it’s been a long one this week!

11:0:8 - The lowest I’ve been since before Christmas! About 2lb off from last Friday.

Based on my half a pound a week schedule I am now a little ahead, which will probably pull back as I have loads on this weekend. Takeaways, meals drinks etc so I expect a bit of a U turn come Monday, but that’s life isn’t it.

Been consistent with the gym, going three times per week and just having an easy session if I really don’t feel like it just to keep the habit going.

I’m still here not weighing in or particularly watching what I eat but watching your progress.

mom is still hanging on went up on Monday because we thought it was the end but it wasn’t. I’m back home now and waiting for a phone call. Thank you for your good wishes it really does mean a lot 💕

Ah @WorthySloth you have been in my thoughts so much but didn’t want to push too much in posts. Your mum sounds like a trooper, strong as an ox. Bless her for hanging in there. It’s horrible though and I realise there is no easy way for you. Hold on to the lovely memories that you have and we are holding you in our thoughts.

I’ve put on nearly 5lb this weekend. Holding a lot is water weight so will be good this week and need to remain good over the coming weekend to really stay on track.

11:2:5 today - I need 1lb off for tomorrow to be on track for my weekly targets, then I can revert to needing half a pound per week.

No exercise so far this week so will try to go today. Felt absolutely shattered this week so if I have a week off that’s ok.

Hope everyone is muddling along ok.

Crept up to 11:3 today which is just over 2lb on from last Friday. I need to lose 2lb by next Friday and then revert to half a pound per week.

To do this I am going to be good over this weekend. I have no plans so this should be relatively easy.

I have not moved this week, so if I can get a walk in over the weekend that will be good, but otherwise I’ll be back in the gym on Monday.

How has your week been and what is your weekend looking like?

Hi girls
had a cake and drink filled last weekend due to lots of family bdays
ive kept gymming and weighed today and im one pound off the Xmas weight. Am going to be back at Xmas weight by next week! No plans this weekend

workout today and tmrw good food choices

Thank you for thinking of me 💕 I’ve spent some time with my brother and sister in law sorting stuff out and eating drinking and laughing with them. Much needed. This week I had as holiday anyway because we are mad busy with gigs which are gifts for the kids.

I’m ignoring the scale for the next week then I will jump on reassess the situation and plan accordingly. It’s not something that’s a priority right now but tbh I think I’ve been self regulating to an extent anyway.

11:4:5 today, 1.5lb on since Friday and I need to lose 3.5lb and be 11:1:0 by this Friday to stay on track. It seems to be going on rather than coming off at the moment. I had one bottle of beer over the weekend, but was greedy with food hence the gain.

Back to it this week. Back to the gym. Back to hydration and cutting the snacks. Let’s see what can be achieved by Friday.

ive let my fasting slip recently and also giving in easily to temptation though my workouts continue
im up to 10 again today! Waaaa some will be water weight so hoping it’s ok asap! Plan this week is no plans till Saturday !

  • lots of water
  • workout Friday sat Sunday and Wednesday
  • no sugar at all mid week. Strict fasting after 530pm

Gah! 11:4:5 again today - I made the mistake of buying some sourdough yesterday. Had soup for lunch and dinner….. but aaaalllll the sourdough.

Right. I’m away now for the weekend so the diet/fitness kick starts again on Monday. I’ll weigh in and assess the damage and reset my goals.

I think getting back into a routine will help me. Back to work next Thursday after mom’s cremation on Wednesday morning.

but for now I’m Going to enjoy my time away 😊

Morning all, how has your week been?

I haven’t been exercising really these last couple of weeks, really really need to pick this up over the weekend / next week.

11:2:5lb today - that’s half a pound off from last Friday.

I need to lose 2lb by next Friday to remain in track and start focusing on losing half a pound per week. I am not too sure it’s going to happen over half term week as we have lots going on but let’s see what happens.

I have eased off the water drinking too so need to pick that up again.

Let me know what’s going on with you and any little goals you have?!
