No idea but tbh I think she’ll be glad to go now. No quality of life anymore plus she hasn’t been the same since my brother died 16 years ago.

11:1:00 today which is 1.5lb off from last Friday. Im
pleased with that but it does take some planning and work to make it happen. I am nervous about my socials this weekend as still undecided how to approach them.

I think tonight I am going to eat dinner before I go out and then attempt to alternate between alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, or maybe order a soft one with my alcohol and not order another until they have both been drunk. I know there will be an increase this weekend. I don’t particularly want to see one, but I also don’t want to not enjoy my socials on the lead up to Christmas. Im
not sure I can have both. I will try to keep movement up to try to offset a little, but not sure how much impact that will have realistically.

It’s though @hollyblueivy socialising is my weakness along with sweet treats o otherwise eat very healthy low processed food and plenty of veg and fruit. But those weekends out make it hard! Try enjoy but not the whole day just the events - don’t go into f it mode! And then back on it Monday. U can still loose!

im 9.12. I would love to be back to 9.10 for Xmas! I’m out tmrw planning low cals low carb today just have a home made feta omelette
salmon salad
sebass and veg tonight
1 square dark choc
10000 steps and a workout!

Could I have a brief moment of celebration please? I have weighed in this morning at exactly 11:0.0 😁 obviously I’m going to be up and down over the next few weeks but this really feels like a milestone for me.

I have lost over 12lb since I started in the middle of August and I finally feel like the 10’s are within reach over the next few weeks 😊

I’m expecting to be up tomorrow from my 11:1:00 on Friday as I’ve had a couple of bottles of wine, bread, cheese, pate, nibbles and apple crumble. No exercise this weekend.

I plan to start the week strong tomorrow. I’ve just done a lovely bit of self care with body oil, overnight hair mask, foot cream and night face cream. I’m going to try for an early night.

I want to get to the gym as much as I can next week but do have other things to get done too, so where I can’t gym, I aim to keep my steps high.

Not sure what my weight loss goal is for Friday, that will depend on what I weigh tomorrow.

Im nearly 3lb up - 11:3:8 today. I forgot to mention in had an English. Breakfast yesterday and burger for dinner. It’s easy to forget what you’ve eaten sometimes!

Aim is to be back at 11:1:00 for Friday. Plenty of water / fruit tea this week. Lunch and dinner only including plenty of fruit, veg and salad. Go easy on carbs. Gym or steps every day.

out on Friday then a busy week at work before a few days away and then Christmas 😊so I don’t expect to stay here but it has made me very happy this morning 😁

Ok here. Seem to spend my week super strict with diet and exercise and then diet goes wrong at weekend. So not getting below 9.12. Need good weekends to break through it. Which aren't happening anytime soon!

@Bubbles44Is your plan to stick with what you’re doing until after the New Year and tackle the weekends then? I am thinking that’s probably what I’m going to have to do.

I wanted to be back to 11:1:00 by tomorrow and I made it there today. Plan today is not to end up being heavier tomorrow!

@Bubbles44 i feel u! I’m the same. I went a bit bannnas at weekend - Xmas meals out. Lazy to work out etc. it hungover on Monday too. I weighed in at 10 stone which got me at back onto behaving! I’ve not weighed since then as I’m great at self sabotage but hoping I’m back to 9.12 where my body likes to be

ive been eating light and working out. I’m going into this weekend with a plan of maintence cals - which is what I should do not 30000 cals! Will keep checking in. It’s def not easy

11:0:1 this morning. Pleased as the plan was to be the same as last Friday and I’m nearly 1lb lighter, but also annoying as so close to the 10’s!!

I’ve worked out twice this week. Rather than usual aim of three times.

Another weekend of socials, probably with more food and drink than last weekend. Plan is to enjoy as reasonably as I can. Then click back in to try to get as much off by the following Friday.

I’ll loosely follow slimming world over Christmas but very much make sure I have a sample of all the things I usually enjoy at this time of year.

I don’t mind putting a bit on, I just don’t want to put on loads and spend the next three months trying to get it off.

9.11 today! Dunno how that happened! Maybe had some period bloat start of week and I have been very good last few days
plan is to be this weight come 24th dec! And maintain this weekend not gain 1 kg I spend the week loosing!

I’ve had a semi indulgent enjoyable weekend but not gone bannnas.
i had about half a bottle of fizz though both days! But it is Xmas :) but I only had small helpings of puddings and was good rest of day. I’m def bloated but hopefully back to 9.11 by Thursday . I think weighing weekly may be better for my self sabotage!

im back on today watching what I eat and about to do my workout.

yoghurt and fruit for brekkie
lunch will be avacado eggs on toast (can’t wait!)
dinner will be salmon and veg

Semi indulgent sounds like the reasonable middle ground for this time of year. Enjoy without going overboard.

Food and alcohol was consumed by me this weekend. I won’t list it all but it felt like a lot, although I seem to have only put 2lb on over the weekend so either it will catch me up or maybe it wasn’t as bad as I thought.

11:2:1 Today. Aim for Friday? I think I’ll say 10:13:9 - is that the highest you get before 11 stone?!

Hi @hollyblueivy thats not bad for over weekend! Im up 3 pounds which is hopefully all foot volume and carb water
time to get it off!
no workout today but
yoghurt fruit
chicken salad
thai red curry
aim for 1200 which seems to be doable for me in the week

I do have drinks tmrw with work but aiming for 2 only!

Hope everyone has had a good day! Feeling positive as started the week in the 9's so hope I can break 9.12 this week. Good weekend. A couple of treats but didn't go crazy.

Not really got a strategy for Christmas. Lots of movement and stick to eating windows and limit sweet treats. What's everyone else's plan?

Well yest didn’t go to plan. Just chocs all over the office , ate them a mince pie and had a huge portion of dinner. Prob came in at 2000 cals and no steps / work out. I seem to struggle on a Monday after the weekend

im out tonight but only have a drink no food. Need to keep it light in day otherwise this could be the beginning of me going past 10 stone!!! Aghhhhhhhhh

Not sure on strategy here. I guess im being good on days outside of socials. Im trying to drink 3 lots of my 800ml water bottle on those days too. Having lots of soup for lunch. Going easy on the carbs. That’s not really the issue though, it’s how I manage the socials, but I think I’ll just take each one as they come and see what happens. Also I think the challenge for me will be Christmas Eve onwards to New Year when I am off work and officially in Christmas mode.

11:0:5 today so 1.5lb from the weekend has magically dropped off in a day. It must have been all water?!

On plan and fasting! Will weigh Thursday am after another on plan day tmrw. Have a big night on Thursday but a tight skirt to wear!!!

over Xmas my plan is to just enjoy that one meal / outing and no go F it for the entire 2 weeks!!!!
