@desikated thanking you in advance for the new thread. How is your cat?

I'm back home and weighing in at 77kg, one kilo over my end-of-June goal.

BUT I've been hovering around 76kg most of the month so I'm feeling ok about it. My 'keeping an eye on my desire for something sweet after dinner' never really got off the ground.

I hope I'm not a grump for the whole of July - it's only work, it's not forever, nobody's ill - and I do have nice things happening too.

SW: 17st 9.4lbs
TW: 16st 12.6
CW 16st 13.2 - 10.2lbs in June

only .5lbs off where I wanted to be at the end of June & I’m blaming time of the month for not getting there 😂

feeling pretty good and everything is fitting slightly better!

Target for July is to get to 16st 5lbs, so that’s 8lb to lose in July. Then 5lb to lose in August to get me to 16st before NY or even better in to the 15st Bracket!

Good morning all. Happy Sunday.

Agree with PP’s that fasting in the Summer is a lot easier so it hasn’t been too difficult to do 16:8 this week. I’ve also found since restarting IF that I feel fuller a lot quicker and don’t want to eat a lot of the heavier foods I enjoyed before. I still love junk food, just not as frequently as I did. We went to a pizza restaurant for DD’s birthday and I ended up ordering a Buddha Bowl salad as I just didn’t want my usual meat laden pizza. What was annoying was other family members rolling their eyes and acting as if I was some kind of killjoy because I chose a salad! It was really bizarre. I didn’t comment on anyone else’s food choices!

Weighed this morning and I’m at 63 kilo so I’ve lost 2 kilos since restarting IF last month. Bear in mind I barely lost anything in the 6 months prior to that despite going to the gym several times a week - although I was eating quite badly during that time so it’s true you can’t outrun a poor diet😭 Still enjoy the gym though as just feel better mentally when I go regardless of weight loss.
