@harriethoyle we believe the sighting was definitely her....she’s sticking to the same areas where she was sighted several months ago. We have left a food station with a wildlife camera and are setting up another in a slightly different location in the next couple of days! I’ll be going back every evening to check the cameras and restock the food. Fingers crossed she will find the food 🤞🏻

@Hazelflies she says she used a disposable bbq to cook sausages so there was good smell to lure the collie she tracked and also bought a humane dog trap which she got from a local pet rescue charity x

@ginsparkles I'm finishing on 769 which is 80 over my 1300 target but frankly I almost dived into the peanut butter jar at 4pm so I'll take that 😂

So another maintain for me. Clearly I do need to watch my non fast days more. No excuses, tracking this week.

Plan for today:
Granola with oat milk
Butternut squash and feta Cous Cous salad
Steak night take out from the local pub.

That would be 1184 giving me about 500 calories for anything extra.

@ginsparkles 1lb on for me but I'll take that after a winey weekend and pizza Sunday night because of lack of kitchen. Just had toast and bovril, tuna mayo for lunch and jacket potatoes for tea tonight so shouldn't be too high a cal day...

Fast day done yesterday, went well- no food til dinner at about half 6/7, then turkey chilli with a bit of rice, followed by a mini kinder Bueno ice cream. Scales showed 13.2.5 this morning, they got to 13.2 last week but after fast day 2, so fingers crossed they show a bit lower at the end of the week ☺️

Im finishing on 454 tonight, but might have a rice cracker later. Cant believe how easy today was. I made an aubergine dip, kind of like babaghanoush, using just aubergines and spices. I had a big portion for lunch, which was only 100 calories, and another portion tonight. I had 300 calories left, so I made myself a ham bagel.

I'm hungry which is annoying. I am going to have some herbal tea then clean my teeth and get in bed. I can't wait for my breakfast tomorrow. I'm having a cheese and tomato omelette.

Morning all, fast day today. Have some cod that needs to be eaten so will have curry cod this evening, not very innovative since i had this last week but is easyish.
I am finding that non fast days seem like a lot of calories now which i did not at the start, hope i am counting correctly! Will see on the scales i suppose.

Fast day 2 today.. belly is rumbling already! A pint of hot water and a weak tea to keep me going.

I'm not fasting today but skipped breakfast and with dinner planned being low in cals (c.400) I'm coming in at 750 for the day. Have resisted a train home hot choc on the basis today will be a welcome mini FD before wine time tomorrow!!

Pretty good day, bang on tdee today. Cornflakes and oat milk for brekkie
Wild mushroom salad and a tunnocks caramel bar for lunch
Orzo paella for dinner
Had some biscuits and a packet of crisps for snacks through the day (must stop snacking but it's soooo hard at home!!)

Tomorrow should be a good day! And I'm trying halloumi for the first time!

Spoke to my dad today, he's home and we are visiting on Wednesday. Happy but dreading it too.
