I know that I struggle with exercise...I've ordered the DVD and am going to take some measurements and check in here!!!

L2d5.
The v raises and cardio felt really hard today.
But I persevere as l3 will be worse if I skip bits of L2.

On god! The v raises are my nemisis. I found them really hard going. I'm almost glad to be on L3 just to avoid them.

First time I've done it in the morning! I fetlt sick!!!! But hopefully shake up to my metabolisim!

Change of routine can be as good as a rest. Watched level 2 and I am scared!!!!

L1D9 done, feeling good! I also had a quick look at L2 and I think I will survive it! Looks hard but then I guess it needs to be to get results. I can see it might get a bit repetitive though, so will just have to plough through Smile.

I can definitely start to see a difference- I have collar bones again and I feel better. I'm so glad I started this and have been recommending it to anyone who'll listen! One thing I love is you don't need much space, some exercise DVDs seem to think you have a massive space to move around in.

I'm having a rest today; done over a week without breaks from Shred and think muscles need repair day. Going to do long sea swim instead. TOTM due as well which makes me feel tired and weak.

Popping in here to say I'm back! Fasting today for first time in a while but not yet ready to get Jillianed again yet. I was good in the holidays though and even went out running twice, lots of long walks and swimming/body boarding. Lots of eating and drinking too of course...

Two days off as last weekend of holiday and TOTM. Back on it today l2 d6 and def stronger for rest.

We enjoyed our staycation and first hol in years we look smaller round tummy after a break!

Had 2 days off as well t&d really need to get back in to the mood tonight. 3 days of total over indulgence and I need to get to work.

I think I'm feeling a little bummed cos it is the first day of level 2 and I know its going to be hard :0(

I need to man up and get stuck in!!!

I like l2 now.
Day 7 done.
Not eaten yet and might do another 16:8 rather than full fast.
Another 2 lb off, more people noticing!

I gave myself a day off yesterday as well, back to it tonight though. L3D6 done. Feeling quite pleased with myself, I've lost 9lbs so far in a month and I'm starting to notice a difference. Clothes are looser and I feel a teeny bit fitter.

Urrrghhhh....too much washing etc to be done last night so shred went out the window.

I WILL be back on it tonight....even if it is the last thing I want to do right now...

Gosh someone slap me.....I'm in a right mardy mood with the shred!

Wasn't in mood at first as was a bit hungry so ate first fir s change. Still not feeling it ....

but it's over so quickly...and it is working faster than any other exercise DVD I've ever used.
Didn't have time for swim after so feel a bit achy - swimming after really stretches me out and I'm v lucky to have a local pool 5 mins walk away.

Same here t&d I am on my consecutive FD.

Had to eat first. I can't say I enjoyed level 2 wow that was hard!!! So fast moving!

I wish I could say I feel better but I feel a wreck!! Really couldn't do a lot of the moves as its all based round being able to do a full push up which I can't!!!!

I don't know whether to persevere or go back to level 1? Any advice please ladies?

Monster - stay in plank during walking push up.
Watch Anita; she doesn't bend her arms.
Stay strong; gets easier just like level 1 did.
Hairy, great news clothes feel looser and scales going down!

Monster I found L2 the hardest as well. I was Team Anita all the way and still found it tough, but hang in there, it does get slightly easier.

Trucks it's the thought of being over so quickly that makes me get on with it as well. My legs are starting to look a bit more toned so it must be working!

L3D7 done here!

Ohhhh didn't spot that!!! On the first one I went down and then couldn't get back up!!!! Doh!!!!

Totally escaped my mind that I have never been able to do a full push up!!!

Should maybe try some lol!!! It was seriously tough going. I don't know what damage it's done to my mojo but your right I was the same doing L1 and that got easier!!
