I know that I struggle with exercise...I've ordered the DVD and am going to take some measurements and check in here!!!

Anyone else who wants to join in LET'S GO!!!!!!

No shred yesterday, a fab trip to the fringe with some lovely food, wine and chocolate.

Back on a FD day today with L2D10 thrown in!! So chuffed to have got this far, and slightly dreading what she has in store for me tomorrow.

L3, I'm coming to get you Grin

I remember 3 is hard but more fun...

Day 2 level 2 and a fast day; just had coconut oil which I don't count calories for - and a 125 calories chicken and cucumber salad at 3.30pm, so did 18 hours just on water.
It's getting easier, as is shredding although the v raises are still horrible.

Hi ladies - can I join you?

I did fd yesterday and L1D1 of shred.
Day 2 today and my legs ache.
Fd tomorrow. And maybe again on friday.
I have been doing 5:2 for 4 weeks and keep losing and gaining the same 3 pounds. Which is why I thought I would try 4:3 and shred.

I have approx 11 lbs to lose.

The same 11 lbs that I have half heatedly tried to lose all year.
Really want to do this

fishface welcome. We could be twins. I have 13lns I want rid of. Doing 4:3 and started shred over a week a go.

I feel better for having a rest day and would recommend to anyone if they are feeling pants to take the foot off. FD today. Feeling ok so far! Will be tea and water till dinner time!

I need to get to this and shed some more weight, been bouncing around same 1/2 lbs for the last 3/4 weeks!!!

I'm ready for a shift in weight now!!! Second FD this week done. Shredded tonight and felt strong. I'm FD again tomorrow as Friday is out to dinner!!!

So that's L1 D8 DONE!!!

Wow, go Trucks! I'm down 8lbs since 4th July, not as impressive but I'm pretty chuffed. Also shrinking out of my trousers Smile. My new aim is to lose another 8lbs to take me to 9 1/2 stone then go onto maintenance. That would give me a bmi of about 21.5. Hoping to keep shredding for some toning.

Welcome fishface, rest days are good! I am aiming to shred about 4-5 times a week to start, I want to keep the exercise at a sustainable level.

L1D7 done. Some exercises are feeling easier and like I could go up a weight. The arm raises are still killing me though! Trying to fit plenty in as I'll have a couple of weeks where I struggle to do any- got my sister here then off to my parents.

My problem is snacking. I snack constantly.

Fd today.
Shred also done today. It was hard to get motivated but I did it. L1D3
I have taken before photos and measured myself. Arghhhhh scary

Am hoping to fast again on friday.

Trucks - 10 lbs down in one month is amazing. Well done
Wriggle - well done to you too. I would be delighted at 2lb a week loss

Fish- snacking is dangerous! I used to be a major grazer but I've cut most of it out. From tracking my food intake on MFP I've noticed that with three decent meals a day, with desert (nothing too fancy- yoghurt, fruit, small chocolate bar etc), it's actually really easy to stay around my TDEE. Add in snacks, sugary drinks, wine, finishing off the children's tea etc and it's so, so easy to go over.

Seriously, if you can handle a fast day you can cut out most of your snacks. If you're peckish, half a glass of water and wait 15 minutes, if you're still hungry then have it. If you just fancy something, then have it with your next meal. It's much harder to over indulge on the sweet stuff if you've just had your dinner. To start with maybe try to cut to one small snack a day?

Oh my god! Level 3 has actually broken me Sad

Gave it a bash yesterday and quite enjoyed it, probably because it wasn't L2! Some bits were tough but the cardio didn't get me as out of breath as earlier levels and I finished it pretty happy with myself.

My legs are actually killing me, my bum hurts and I can barely move. I didn't feel this bad even at the start of L1. Bad Jillian Angry I think it might have been the jumpy squat things.

No idea if I'll manage to do it tonight or not. Wish me luck Grin

Well done for getting through it. I have to say, the best way for me to stop the muscle ache is to exercise again if I can manage it! Please feel free to repeat this back to me when I come on here crying about level 3 Grin.

Fish face I started 5:2 at the end of February and I've lost 21lbs so far. I would love to lose another 12/13lbs. This is the first time I've started shred.

I have stuck the last few weeks and even gained a little lady week. I think that's the retention from starting exercise. I was completely sedentary before shred.

I'm impressed with people's loses I do hope I see even a pound in the next week or so!!! Will feel a lot of hardwork for nothing otherwise!!!

Feeling über empowered!!! L1D9 DONE!!!! On a consecutive fast day!!!

That's 4:3 done this week. Will do 16:8 tomorrow and shred at the weekend!!

L2d4 done. Fasted til 12pm. Then had big chicken and avocado salad with watermelon, lime juice and tarragon olive oil.

Went out last night and had 3.5 x glasses of wine (we are on holiday) so decided not to fast today and have a 6:1 week and fast normally next week when DH back at work.

Am rahhhhing in support of empowered hairy and monster! Rahhhhh! Keep it up everyone!

Do you feel stronger yet? I can see muscles in my shoulders and chest! V exciting.

Thanks trucks!!! I felt shockingly strong tonight considering it was a second FD consecutive.

Funny you say that I was stroking my arm today and it didn't feel like my arm?!? Ha ha sounds cranky!!!

But tried on some clothes today and really beginning to like what I see now!!

New low on the scales today 10st 11.5lb!!!!

My mini goal is 10st 7lbs but I am super excited to get to 10st and a single figure!!!!! Really isn't far now!!!!

My arms do feel a bit firmer and my thighs and bum are getting very slightly smaller. I've be on 5.2 and shred (and c25k) for 4 weeks today and have lost 7lb and my work clothes fit! Yay

Will decided later if I'm shredding on running tonight.

Trucks your salad sounds gorgeous as do the 3.5 glasses of wine
