Yes! I'm still in the Henrietta group for last year (he was ensemble)

@allhailthebrain Anna is the girl who Henrietta befriends - the one no one likes because her dad is the evil commissioner...
she is too old for Henrietta (playing age def 11-13 ... not 9!) so we honestly thought it was a massive long shot to get anything. She’s been in the finals for so many west end shows - and always just missed out on the part - and is now too tall for child parts (anything over 4’10” is too tall... she’s 4’11”).... so this is amazing for her!! FINALLY feel like the work has paid off and she can start believing in herself!!!!!

DS has just come home from breaking up with his girlfriend 😬
He knows about the Hunchback castings from the Kiss me Kate group chat so I daren’t tell him about Henrietta right casting now...
He seems fine tbh. It’s been on the cards for months.
There’s still the chance of Billy the Kid still so fingers crossed!
Is it just us waiting for news now?

Oh of COURSE - Anna Decker! I read in for the tape so I should know that, doh!!

I could have written all of what you just wrote. Matilda, SOR - literally been there and got the t shirt (though when you live oop north there aren't too many opportunities for accommodated parts).

He is too old for the part he got too, I'm very surprised! Sounds like they're the same age.

@aplo just trying to work out if my DD will be a lot younger than the rest of the cast. How old is your student that is sharing the Henrietta role? My DD is in year 6. Same question for @Jamsanmum and @allhailthebrain 😁

My student will be 12. We are not in UK so not sure what the equivalent of year six is.
No news still here for one student and my two DS’s.

It sounds like they will have lots of fun being all close in age. Student is still 11 but will be 12 before it starts.

We are waiting on Billy @Triflefan. We are assuming that as its the last show of the season it will be the last one released, Have heard absolutely nothing so far from anyone else we know who has gone for it
