Ok, so c-section seven weeks ago and have three stones to lose from pregnancy I love walking and I think it might be a good place to start. Are those trainers any good with the bottoms like rocking horses? Anything that's going to tone as I walk would be good, but if they are a fruitless waste of money I shan't bother. A colleague of mine said they made her feel queasy (the sensation as she walked, not the look of the things, which admittedly ain't fabulous). Anyone used them, or anything similar? Or even just has experience of decent steady weightloss after a c-section and willing to say what they did? I am not looking for a miracle cure, I know it's going to take me months, but I just want to do it properly and sensibly. Thanks...
