Let me be the first to suggest Caroline Girvan 😆

Lots of love for her on here. She has plenty of free content on YouTube. Suitable for all levels.

I really enjoy her workouts.

Second Caroline Girvan

I like Bailey Brown, Popsugar, Holly Dolke, Pamela Reif and Lucy Wyndham-Read

TruthThatsHardAsSteel · 29/10/2023 20:11

Emkfit is brilliant. Dancing/exercises tabata style, gives different levels in each exercise so shows low to high impact. She's very real. No fuss.

You're guaranteed to find something you like as well if you browser her videos

Body Project - Daniel is very realistic with dodgy knees so lots of low impact variations, Alex is a cyborg if you want to go full whack.

Houseplantmad · 29/10/2023 20:24

Annie Deadman - really good. Lots of free videos on YouTube.

That's good to know because my knees are definitely dodgy! Grin

Second Lucy Wyndham-Read.

AliceinSlumberland · 29/10/2023 22:36

I love Kirra O’Brien - strong sisters united. Achievable and accessible, im hoping once I’ve made a start with her I can move on to the more hardcore Caroline but I switch off if it’s too challenging.

Came on to say this and was pleased it was the first post. She’s excellent. Love her workouts.

got the recommendation from Mumsnet too!

AnnaMagnani · 29/10/2023 22:44

Another vote for Bodyproject. Daniel is just the right amount of encouraging and both he and Alex actually understand what low impact means.

My fitness has transformed from last Christmas when I was a complete couch potato.

SiouxsieSiouxStiletto · 30/10/2023 08:57

I'm going to give Bodyproject a go and see how my knees get on! Wink

Bubbles254 · 31/10/2023 06:27

Another vote for Caroline Girvan, her iron programme is good to start with to master technique because it is quite slow. I tend to replace her glute days though with different glute workouts as I find the glute chair bridges boring.

I also like doing the bowflex 3 minute plank daily.

ScoobyG · 31/10/2023 06:32

I'm a Caroline Girvan fan too but sometimes find it very samey. Also really love growingannanas; loads of content, weighted/unweighted, jumping/non jumping, tabbatas. She is great and mixes it up a lot.

ReturnOfTheRainMac · 31/10/2023 06:52

Courtney black fitness and Lucy Davis fitness. They have a lot of stuff on instagram too.

Mouse82 · 31/10/2023 10:55

Midas Mvmt.

Cathyt90 · 31/10/2023 11:00

Another Caroline Girvan devotee here, that woman has changed my life! And don't skip the hip thrusts like a PP said, they are awesome for building glutes.

TicklishPossession · 31/10/2023 11:12

I like Madfit and Livefitness because I only want to do 5-10 minute dumbbells and they have a few. Caroline Girvin does some too.

On that note, if anybody has found any other 5-10 minute dumbbell workouts let me know!

Have just done an Alex Bodyproject workout, OMG that woman is like the Duracell bunny!

I started with their Cardiostarter videos on Youtube, liked them so much I signed up for their website.

I had never willing exercised in my whole life (am late 40s) and I've stuck with them for almost a year now. Any time I've tried before (Fitness Blender, Shred) I've given up after hurting my knees and by the time they've healed the enthusiasm had passed.

Alargeoneplease89 · 31/10/2023 11:33

Pamela reif and chloe ting are great

Grin My daughter got very used to me muttering "fuck off Alex, you bloody mentalist!" at regular intervals Shock (she is 16!) There was one particular thigh workout that I only ever did once!

SiouxsieSiouxStiletto · 31/10/2023 12:48

Really enjoyed the Body project low impact 15 mins cardio. My knee was fine and I feel great. Will definitely do one again Wink
