Anyone got any recommendations for good home workouts on YouTube?

I have dumbbells and kettle bells to use

@motherofawhirlwind I've noticed in some of them Daniel just wanders about being motivational rather than doing the workout.

DH is used to hearing 'are you cheating again Daniel?'

Did you also get conned by the very overweight guy into thinking the workouts were easy? He's actually really fit!

Caroline Girvan and Grow with Jo for me, they're very different in their approaches (weights versus walking/cardio) but I like the variety.

Wade? Yeah, he is really good. Tarsha is where I want to get to - realistic, but a bloody machine doing high impact plus weights!

Wade is brilliant. I love those workouts for featuring people just having a go and improving.

Tarsha - I am probably at least 2 years away from her league, if ever.

Bodyfit by Amy is good for kettlebell and dumbell workouts

I second Bodyfit by Amy. She has some short kettle bell workouts that are structured to work lots of muscle groups at once, so it's intense, but over quickly.

That said, her music is terrible, I always mute her and put on my own music - the Crystal Method, Stavroz ... and Underworld is perfect for kettlebell swings
