I have v severe knock knees and also get metatarsalgia due to the way my foot hits the ground. I have orthotics and have always worn Brooks Adrenaline and been perfectly happy.
My last pair has finally died and I have had the 2022 Adrenalines for a few weeks but the shape has definitely changed and on one foot, they are rubbing badly on my ankle.
Normally I would wait to run them in but they are not getting better so I'm unfortunately going to have to return them.
What other supportive (for the overpronation) but soft cushioned (for the metatarsals) shoes could work? I've heard Hoka are good but have never tried them so wondering what people's experiences are.
