Please could you recommend the best, strongest sturdiest round them up and hold them down bra?

Depends on what shape and size your bust is! If you have a well fitting bra, do you know what is it called and what size?

DareIask · 09/07/2021 21:50

I'm a 34D or DD depending where I buy and the style.

My best atm is a Tu 34DD full cup I picked up in lockdown but I'd usually buy M&S.

I get the panache ultimate underwired from boobydoo website

AmIPeriOrAreYouJustAnnoying · 09/07/2021 21:56

Bravissimo do good ones OP.

dementedpixie · 09/07/2021 21:56

Boobydoo has a variety of brands

Kintsugi16 · 09/07/2021 21:57

Runderwear

KatharinaRosalie · 09/07/2021 21:58

Try Syrokan on Amazon or Aliexpress once you know what size fits. Their designs are suspiciously similar to all the big names (Shock Absorber, Berley, Freya etc), just cheaper.

BikeRunSki · 09/07/2021 21:59

Shock Absorber

ManxRhyme · 09/07/2021 22:01

Shock absorber. Though decathlon do fairly good ones but the sizes are weird and a bit hit and miss.

BlackAmericanoNoSugar · 09/07/2021 22:01

Enell is the firmest if you do something very high impact. I use an Anita front-fastening one as it's good enough for the type of gym stuff that I do, I find the adjustable shoulder straps very useful too.

stickygotstuck · 09/07/2021 22:01

Shock Absorber hands down.

Some M&S are excellent too, but their sizing is all over the place. And I mean seriously.

36E here.

OverByYer · 09/07/2021 22:02

I’m the same size as you. Shock absorber Run bra. They do not move .

GoWalkabout · 09/07/2021 22:03

SheFit holds them thoroughly in place adjusting back and shoulder straps, front zipping, the zip has a cover but does not lie completely flush so bumpy under t shirt. But since I got it I have hardly worn my other ones. Its just much more secure and comfortable.

ToManderleyAgain · 09/07/2021 22:03

I’ve had my Shock Absorbers for years and they do really hold them in place www.shockabsorber.co.uk/shop-by-activity/running/ (I’m more of less the same size as you) but I’m conscious that technology may have moved on since I bought them so I’d be interested to hear if people have found better!

dementedpixie · 09/07/2021 22:06

I couldn't get the sizing right with shock absorber and get on well with my underwired panache bras

Kleptronic · 09/07/2021 22:06

I'm the same size as you and my best are Freya underwired.

Agreed, 34E
Imalldonethanks · 09/07/2021 22:07

Rundawear here too.
Best sports bra I've ever owned (32e - I've tried a few).

I’m curious about the underwire… does it feel at all restrictive?
ManxRhyme · 09/07/2021 22:12

For those wearing front zipped ones, how the hell do you get them on?! The puppies keep trying to escape Blush

Polkadotties · 09/07/2021 22:14

Panache underwired. Keeps my 32g’s under control when I ride my horse.

thenightsky · 09/07/2021 22:14

Enell front fastening.

Closely followed by Shock absorber.

I'm 34 E

dementedpixie · 09/07/2021 22:15

@ToManderleyAgain I don't feel restricted, I feel supported. I wear a 36GG

Lie flat on your back on the bed.
Tambourinetunes · 09/07/2021 22:16

Panache underwired sports bra here, the only one that gives me support with some sense of shape.
