Yes it's annoying and frustrating when injuries take ages to heal Motherforkin.

walking 17km is impressive Oubliette - even if it's not a rest day!

Epic day 10 (burpee HIIT). Did not enjoy this and thank goodness it was "only" 35 minutes.

Hope your shoulder feels less achy today Motherforkin. I used to see an osteopath because I suffered with debilitating headaches and would go once a month for her to ‘adjust’ my neck. Lots of bone crunching and clicking but by god it worked and now I don’t go at all. Eye watering fees though.

Rest day for me yesterday and I definitely needed it. Epic day 4 done today, full body dumbbell workout. Over an hour long but enjoyable and used 5kgs for all but one exercise 😁

I’m not really sure how I managed yesterday’s step count. Mostly I was bored. There is nothing else to do but go for a walk. Um... that’s about it!

Epic day 12 (shoulders).

What did you think of the HIIT yesterday Roonetta? Remember I found it tough.

Even more snow today so even online school shut as so many teachers without power (everything collapses here as soon as there is snow). Imagine your friend in Alexandroupoli has more snow than us as she's so north.

Oh I saw yesterday that both Roonetta and oubliette are also on a JM thread. Quite impressed that you both manage to keep up daily posts on two threads!!

The HIIT was really tough Sophie. There were some exercises I struggled to complete or had to stop before my knees gave in. Glad it was short! I don't know about you, but I hate her music. I would like to be able to play my own music, and still be able to hear the beeps indicating the end of the reps. If you have any ideas, they would be most welcome.

When I started 30DS back in May 2020, I lurked on both this thread and the other one for a couple of months before plucking up the courage to see if I could join you all and messaged both threads, thinking that maybe one, or both, would not want me joining. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming and I found myself on both threads. I mostly post exactly the same on each thread, unless I am responding to someone, so not difficult to keep up Grin

Epic day 6 (arms and core) done. Ouch, my arms are burning now but I think I can see a glimmer of some biceps!

Greece cannot cope with snow. Luckily we have electricity but we have no water. I have friends who have neither so it could be worse!!

Actually I don't mind her music for the strength Roonetta and got used to her not talking. I don't like the techno she plays during HIIT though as it's very hectic and makes me feel hectic and that the workout is crazy and not manageable (don't ask me why I feel like that, I just do!). I can't be bothered to sort out my own playlist but sometimes I watch you tube videos doing the strength workouts.

Today's shoulder workout wasn't easy but very proud of myself as I managed the handstands (against the wall at the end). I never used to be able to do handstands.

It's lovely you found nice, welcoming people on both friends (actually not "nice" because this should be the normal thing to do really, shouldn't it?)

Epic day 7 done (legs). I see what you mean about there being so many lunges Sophie. When we eventually got to lie on the floor to do hamstring lifts, I could have cried. I was actually shouting "please not more lunges" and couldn't contain my excitement when it said "finisher". How were your legs the next day? I have a sneaking suspicion I won't be able to walk tomorrow.

Ri30 L1D5 and KAbs L3D1 (65 min). I don’t think I’ve done that level of killer abs before. Wow - I’m seriously impressed with Nic. I had to modify quite a lot of the exercises.

I had a quick look at KAbs L3 Oubliette, i've never seen that one before. I can see why you would need to modify!

Epic day 8 dumbbell upper body. Imagine my delight when she started the workout sat in a chair Grin - I liked this one and felt I could probably use heavier weights for some of the exercises. I have actually seen a lovely adjustable Northdeer dumbbell set on Amazon but my god they are expensive. Something to save up for I think.

Oh and I could actually walk fine today, despite my worries after yesterday's workout.

@SophieLion - Nic is the person doing the advanced moves on KAbs L3. She’s hardcore. @roonetta - I can’t even contemplate how you do a clapping mountain climber without face planting into the floor with consideration force. How does Nic do it?!

Epic day 14 (one hour whole body). I was exhausted by the end. The workouts are getting harder but I feel I am getting stronger : managed 10kg dumbbells for all the leg exercises today.

Epic day 9 full body workout done. I wasn't as happy to see the chair today as she was doing push ups from it (feet on the chair and hands on the floor). I felt like my feet were going to fall off the chair and I was going to face plant the floor (much like the clapping push ups Oubliette) Confused. How did you find those when you did them Sophie?

I can't remember that much about last week's full body Roonetta. But think those chair push ups were hard. I'm always pleased next day is a rest day at the end of a full body one!

I see you've caught up with the days - that's good. You'll have to let me know what you think of burpee HIIT! I've got tabata HIIT on Sunday - I don't even know what that is!

Wonder where MotherForkin is.... she's not posted for a few days I think.

Epic day 15 ( tabata HIIT - didn't enjoy it that much. Dive push ups....?!) plus 15 mins Caroline girvan glutes and hamstrings workout which had a plank challenge at the end.
