Where do I start

Since lockdown I have been walking a lot and healthy eating and have lost just over a stone. It’s slow but I want to keep it off. Have a few more stone to go.

Normally I swim but can’t do that just now. Any suggestions for an uncoordinated unfit 50 something to help with weight loss and toning and general fitness. Not sure if my knees are up to running yet.

I found some great workout videos on YouTube. Called the body project I think. Their absolute beginners is low impact so your knees will be fine. It's mostly cardio but you can add in weights. A great starting point and you can progress through to find the level that suits you. The "backing dancers" are ordinary people who are using the body project. I found it really helpful.
