I'm getting loads of adverts for a Figure 8 on my Facebook page. Has anyone done the Figure 8 programme ? Is it any good?

there's a poster on here who has done it and said it was good (I'll try to find and link). I have it & DD (16) did it last year and is planning to start again in January - she enjoyed it.
