What running shoes do you wear?

Ive run on and off for a few years, but have recently decided i want to enter a 10k this year.
Ive got a pair of New Balance trainers, but they are wearing on the heel, so im having to wear a couple of plasters to get through a run.
Ive been into a running shop today and bought a pair of Brooks trainers, but im nit overally keen on them.
What are you all wearing?

Another fan of Brooks here. I changed to them a few years ago and have never looked back. Used to have Adrenaline but then had to change to Dyad as needed more cushioning as had PF. Never had any problems (touch wood) with blisters. Love them, so comfy.

Hoka are amazing so comfy and help with my gait

Nike. my DH swears by Brooks Adrenaline trainers.
