Does anyone exercise at 6 in the morning routinely? I think it might be good but i'm so lazy. Can any early birds convert me?

Lights off by 10 for me
Asleep 1 minute later!

I have done the odd early morning run in the past, but don't you guys find that you are really knackered for the rest of the day? I feel that I need to rest after exercise, which of course one can't do if one has to head off for a day's work!

Well I’m just back from my run, wonderful frosty starry morning and I’m enjoying the coffee that I have been thinking about for the last 20 minutes. I find doing this makes me feel good and I don’t feel tired after doing it. I won’t say it’s exhilarating but for me it jump starts the day. I would much rather do this first thing than be thinking about doing it all day and making plenty of excuses to my self for not doing it!

Are you up and at em OP? Enjoy!

Would love to do early morning exercise but v small DC still wake in the small hours. Once they're reliably sleeping later I'll be setting the alarm for 6am.

Trying to get it right, when the time comes for you give it a go. It’s great to be out and about so early on. You will enjoy!

I'm in bed reading this. Step 1, get used to waking up. Step 2. Do it. Step 3. Bloody do it.

Step 1 today. Tomorrow I'm going to crush it!!!

Was awake early due to clock change and was in the gym for 6.30 - spin done and then drive home and 30 minute walk to work

Same again tomorrow 😅

I’m mostly in bed by 9 watch tv or read till ten then to sleep. Used to be a night owl but I’m older now and prefer to be home in bed, mind you I’m fitter now than I ever was in my younger days!
