Anyone doing a step DVD at home? If so, which? How often and how much weight have you lost. Considering getting a step board for home as I could keep this under my bed.

Doing steps is very light exercise. You would be better off walking on the spot. Do not waste your money. In regards to fitness dvds I love the davina ones. I used them after I had my first child and it improved my fitness levels greatly. They have different levels of fitness you can follow.

Les Mills on demand is £9.95 a month but brilliant range of classes, including BodyStep. I do BodyAttack, BodyCombat, BodyStep, Shbam, BodyBalance and Grit series. I recommend!
