I do a mixture of classes (Insanity, yoga, pilates, step) and cardio & resistance machines. I've noticed that except for Insanity participants I seem to be the sweatiest person in the gym
I wear 3/4 leggings and a racer-back vest top to allow the sweat to evaporate but am constantly baffled by people wearing full tracksuits/hoodies.
Am an overly sweaty person or just pushing myself too hard? Even during yoga and pilates I work up a fair sweat, surely that's normal?
I'm not including the weight-lifting guys in this category btw or the slackers that fanny around on the treadmill updating their FB status
