Haven't managed the whole training plan - advice needed

Hi
Been training for a 10k (my 2nd) for a while when I hurt my back and had to take a break. Been back running for a few weeks now. The race is next Sunday - should I try a long rung (say 8k) tomorrow or should I be doing shorter runs this week? Any tips would be amazingl!

By next Sunday doing you mean this one coming, or the one after?
If it's this week I'd say stick with a couple of shorter runs. Anything you do with a week to go is unlikely to have much impact on your race fitness. So for me the focus is more on keeping the muscles moving while staying fresh for raced day.
Good luck with it. Im doing the Newham 10k on Sunday, can't wait!
