I just signed up to one of these in October
and have no idea where to start with the training, so I was wondering if there was anyone on here who can advise?
I can do the run and bike lengths on their own, but when I have done either I haven't had much left at the end so putting it all together is likely to be a challenge. Not to mention the swimming ...
I just have no idea whether to go for longer workouts in each of the three or put them together or what ... hmmm. Any advice much appreciated I need advice before I back out entirely lol
