DD has been advised to have some protein shakes (3x 20g a day - am, pm & after her busiest/hardest class)
So we bought some 'Optimum Nutrition Lean Whey'
& the blasted child doesn't like it - it's not chocolatey enough in water & too chocolatey for adding to her smoothies (despite the spinach!! yuk!!)
So can she add it to milk & add more milkshake powder to make it chocolateyer & what should I buy next time that is a better flavour?
