Just joined a health club. Used to be a runner but am soooooo bored of pounding pavements the same old route & realised I actually really enjoy classes - turn up and someone tells me what to do!
So I just wondered what everyone's workout week looks like? So far I've done 2 spinning classes last week, and this week I'm planning 2 spins, 1 body pump and a swim.
Does everyone stick to the same classes, or try loads of different classes? I don't want to appear a class "whore" by swapping and changing all the time, but I think I just need variation in order to keep me motivated....
