Hi everyone, I'm after some tips and advice to combat the beetroot-face I get every time I go running. My face gets really hot and basically goes bright red.
I have always had this problem ever since childhood - I was always the kid who came in from playtime looking like someone had injected red paint under my skin 
I don't think it's a sign of unfitness as I used to play loads of sports as a teen and still had the red-face. It's just a bit embarrassing!
Is it just something I need to suck up and live with or is there anything I can do to reduce it?
