RI30D7 done this morning. Felt relatively easy, even the dreaded second cardio circuit. I go on holiday tomorrow, so will have to come back here afterwards to motivate me to carry on.

ImogenQuy · 20/06/2014 22:59

Have a great holiday, Lambzig. I may have flounced by the time you get back, in total disgust at JM's failure to make me grow the necessary 9 inches to look like Natalie.

Selenaisabumface · 21/06/2014 17:45

Joining but not great at sticking to things. I need to excercise though so hoping you lot can keep me going.

jocastafantastica · 22/06/2014 19:06

30dsl1d11 - very pleased with myself for sticking this out I have usually caved by now, completed day 11 this morning with daughters and dog as my audience! Have others done level 1 all the way to 30 days or have you gone up a level by now? I weighed myself yesterday and was very disappointed with 1lb loss as I feel loads more toned, but my period started today so hopefully will have more pounds off this time next week :)
Believe me Selina if I can do it you can too!

ImogenQuy · 23/06/2014 06:47

30DSL3D10, after a weekend off (which mostly cured the tantrum). I'm not as hardcore as Anya, so I'm going to leave it till tomorrow to move on to RI30.

Jocasta, I moved up to the next level every 10 days, which I think is what most people on here have done, but some people have stayed on each level for longer if some of the exercises feel particularly difficult.

BetterWithCheese · 23/06/2014 10:26

Ri30 L2D1 done. Jeez, I think the crow push-up was one of the first time I couldn't even really do a modified version. I also found the ab hold to table top move challenging, I can't lift myself into the ab hold, my bum still touches the ground Sad. Oh well, I guess it can only get better.

BetterWithCheese · 23/06/2014 11:07

And well done, Imogen! Completing the shred is a real accomplishment! Hope you enjoy Ri30.

yadahyadah · 23/06/2014 11:38

Ri30 L4D9 done. Nearly finished with this baby, woo hoo. Well done Imogen. And enjoy starting Ripped tomorrow. I have found it challenging but also really beneficial in terms of getting those hard to reach bits of me looking more toned and on the right track.

RI30L1D3 done also did 30DSL1

Also tried to do her yoga meltdown but it moves too fast and I couldn't keep up Sad

ImogenQuy · 24/06/2014 07:03

RI30L1D1 done. Oof. I hope I get better once I get used to the moves.

Anya, can't believe you did three in one day!

BustleInYourHedgerow · 24/06/2014 07:14

Hi everyone, can I join please?

I'm on 30DS L1 D6.

Finding it okay so far actually able to get through L 1 without struggling. I have done the shred before but never got past L2, I know L1 pretty much off by heart now and am loathe to start L2 as it will entail a little work. I need to tone up badly though. Have lost 8kg since the spring due to cycling to work and eating less biscuits and things are a bit flobberdy as a result. Off on holidays in the first week of August and want to look a bit decent by then, mainly sort out bellah and upper arms.

Trying to summon up the energy to do L1 D7 at the moment, Ds2 woke up at 4:30 this morning, and I got to bed at 12 last night after work. Working again tonight. Will be cross at myself if I don't do it , so I'll attempt it if ds decides to nap.

yadahyadah · 24/06/2014 08:22

Rin30 L4D10 DONE!!!!big whoop. Welcome bustle hope you manage to do it today. Sure feels good to get a momentum going. anya you are on fire with this. In awe of you. Tomorrow I kickbox fast fix. b
BFBM is 40 mins plus which I cannot fit in before school run so will save that one for the school hols. Have a good day, all.

Woohoo yadahyadah

BustleInYourHedgerow · 24/06/2014 10:44

ok, got DS2 down for a nap, let DS1 watch tv while I had a halfhour power nap.

procrastinated for a while and decided to try ripped in 30, managed to get through L1!with DS1 'helping' and commenting on my red face and "very very sweaty nose"Hmm Hmm

woohoo! I actually liked it more than shred too. well done yada on completing! do you see a big difference?

AnyaKnowIt · 24/06/2014 10:56

RI30L1D4 done. Only done the one as dd has fallen asleep in a cardboard box in the space I need

Bustle, dd likes to come and touch my face and say, Ouch hot

BetterWithCheese · 24/06/2014 12:39

Ri30 L2D2 done.

Way to go, yadah!!!

Welcome hedgerow I really liked level one of Ripped as well.

Selenaisabumface · 24/06/2014 15:28

I'm joining even though its nearly the end of june today. I amgonna need motivating. Did first day today but i always lose interest in fitness so need motivation. It will be extra hard coz i'll be camping 5 days next week so need to get straight back to it when i get back.

yadahyadah · 24/06/2014 15:47

I have yet to measure myself following Ripped - will do at the end of week I think. Overall I feel as though it has changed my body for the better with arms, buns, legs and the dreaded bagel belly all looking and feeling tons better (tho the bagel belly is my personal nemesis and will continue to be I fancy). But my husband keeps pawing at me and saying "wow that Crunch (as he likes to call it) is really working". I felt at the end of Shred that I had started something but still had some work to do and now after Ripped I feel I am properly on the way to getting it done, if that makes sense. I do love JM's time bound programs of effort that has sort of dragged me onwards despite my usual laziness and flakiness. selena welcome and don't worry about flaking here and there but don't make a habit of it and all will be well.

Well done Yadah Grin Grin Grin I'm with you with the belly issue, I've gone down from 10st to 8st but still get the bagel in plank due to stretched skin from 3 pregnancies, it looks fine when standing or lying so I'll only do that Grin or there is always Bulgaria for a mini tummy tuck!

IdkickJilliansAss · 24/06/2014 16:48

BFBM and Ri30 L1done

jocastafantastica · 24/06/2014 17:13

30DS L2d1 - did my 1st day of level 2 this morning and found it quite tough but enjoyed it, feeling it in my stomach and shoulders now though!
Feeling really positive, been sticking to the 16:8 eating so hopefully the cocktail dress will glide on next Saturday, fingers crossed Hmm

jocastafantastica · 24/06/2014 17:15

Perhaps we could get a coach load up for Bulgaria idkick - we might get a good discount for a bulk booking. Bagsy back seat!

IdkickJilliansAss · 24/06/2014 17:43

I'd be soooooo up for that! Grin

ImogenQuy · 24/06/2014 19:58

Well done yadah! Where you are looks a veeeerry long way from where I am at the moment - RI30 is going to be quite a challenge. I'm back to working those anterior muscles that I haven't got..

yadahyadah · 24/06/2014 20:14

Wow I'dkick£Jilliansass 2 stones in how many months? Sounds very very inspiring to me.
