Shred It With Weights is out next month, is anyone thinking about doing it? I love my kettlebells so I was thinking about getting it but the reviews from Amazon US weren't all that great.

Ooh stunt I will probably get that new one! I like using weights as well. Have you ordered from US before? I was going to get the yoga one that's only available from America, yoga meltdown I think it's called.

I've done KB&T L3 today.

BFBM done, I added weights to make it harder and was a puddle of sweat at the end, nice. What's L3 KB&T like spinning? my toddler has secreted my KB&T and Ripped DVD's somewhere so I couldn't do it if I wanted to Grin

I like it Kick, there's not much upper body stuff if any which is why I like to get to the gym or do NMTZ for some extra stuff. I can see a difference in my bum and thighs so it does work! Actually looking forward to getting to the end of it and then i'll just mix all the dvds up a bit depending on what I fancy.
Off to read reviews for the new Shred it with Weights!

Just read some reviews and had a quick look at L1 on You Tube.....it looks good! I'm going to try and give it a go one day this week. I don't have a kettle bell and my heaviest weight is 4kg so I'll try it with that and see how I get on.

Spinning I don't think you have to have a kettlebell to do SIWW, as far as I know you can do it with a dumbbell.

I saw the SWIW pre-order when I ordered my NMTZ (and also 6W6P) the other evening - definitely sounds like one I'd be interested in.

Today is a shred/rip rest day but as it was nice this morning and DH was busy testing DD on yr10 physics I went for my second little run of the year. It's a half mile walk to and from the towpath, then I jogged out ... the swampy bit I usually have to stop at had dried out so I kept going... and then returned doing 'sprint'/walk intervals. Total on the towpath - for the first time ever - just over 5K. And my legs weren't tired at all. Yay! Grin

I think i'm having a rest day from JM (not sure as the day is still young!) but I did a lot of body conditioning this morning whilst the kids watched Gnomeo and Juliet. Happy Easter all Smile

BFBM done (mostly). Flaked out in last cardio section. Music made it feel like that film "Halloween" and freaked me out Grin

Just did L2 of RI30. Really not sure!! All those plank exercises feel soooo hard on my arms! I was a bit disappointed overall with it so did L1 afterwards as well. Feel like L1 gave me a more overall workout. Will try Level 2 of ES&S later this week. KB&T is still unopened though!!

just started ripped in 30 a few days ago. hoping to stick to it this time. my fave JM workout is the kickboxing one on youtube, i find it easy and enjoyable, and trust me im not fit at all. on the days i can't be annoyed with RI30 i might get the motivation to do her kickboxing! i like them because they are short.

Daddy L3 KB&T scares me because when I first started jm'ing I jumped straight in at L2 thinking it'd be a piece of cake and got a shock Grin Busy last day off school today so no JM but I have an hours circuit class tonight so that'll do

i'dkick I'm liking being called "daddy". Makes me want to say "who's the daddy" in a very American JM voice.

I'm intrigued and will now have to purchase KBT.

RI30L3 done. I really like it - current fave except for bloody duck walks
