Good advice from ear slaps!

Stuntnun - once I have finished RI30 I'm planning on working out five days a week using RI30, BFBM, kettlebell, power yoga and my circuit class. I also have a stationery bike. I also can't get to a gym so I think this is a good mix.

IdkickJMass - slow day?! :)

I doubled up this morning and did KB&T and BFBM.....first time for both DVDs and really enjoyed them. Some of the kick boxing moves on bfbm remind me of body combat which I used to loveGrin

You always seem to do more than one JM workout a day!! I often go to the gym later in the day but as I had time this morning I thought I'd have a go at BFBM.....worked out well as now I'm relaxing on the sofa :)

Did 6W6P L1 again today...I like it... but feel I will never keep up with all you hardcore lot...one workout is enough for me!

Happyp I'll join you on the "mediumly hardcore" team if I may Grin. Well done to all the "seriously hardcore" gang doing doubles.

NMTZ circuits 1-4 + 7 done. With 2kg weights as I find that hard enough tbh! Will try to progress to 3kg for some of the circuits (not 1or 4 though!) next time.

Cough still lingering urghhh Sad.

Another non-hardcore person here! Did 5 mile walk yesterday, and managed Shred L3 at 6am today - nice to get it out of the way! Planning Ripped L2 tomorrow, rest day/walk into town & back Thursday, Ripped 3 on Friday. Not sure about the weekend yet as I've got a hair appt Sat morning so depends how much I get done beforehand and obviously it's Mother's Day on Sunday so I'll be getting spoiled and treated all day and pigs will fly.

JM Body Revolution arrived yesterday so have commenced this morning. It's a little different in style to most of her other DVDs as she has loads of helpers in the gym with her (including a couple of hotties!) but was pleased to see Natalie and Anita in amongst them (tragic I know but they feel like old friends! Although Anita is looking proper ripped nowadays and I swear Natalie has had a boob job).

It works like this: there are 15 workouts, each 30 minutes long, including 3 that are just cardio, and they progress in difficulty. The set includes a timetable of which workout to do when and the whole thing is 90 days. Tbh having started at the beginning I think it is going to be quite easy for the first couple of weeks but I'm going to stick to the schedule and see how I get on.

Shred L2 today..short of time and feeling a little meh so just a quick one today.
Might try to get myself to do ES&S L1 tomorrow. I do like it its just the extra 20 mins over a Shred I find hard to motivate myself for! Must try harder.

ooh crazy that does sound interesting, I'll be interested to hear how you progress with it and what differences you see in your body. Are you trying to lose weight or tone up?

I did KB&T D3 L1 this morning, my legs are feeling it!

spinningirl no I don't need to lose weight, mostly just need to lose the belly fat, lift my buns and build some strength but like all her stuff it seems to assume weight loss. There is a meal plan with it which I intend to ignore entirely - there is no way I am only eating 3 meals and 1 snack a day! Shock however I have massively cut down on dairy and sugar and am going without alcohol for the 90 days to see how that affects things.

I do love killer buns l1. The jumping sumo squats! The chair pose with raised leg! The side plank with inner thigh leg raises! sigh

Ooh I love the jumping sumo squatsGrin I really am enjoying L1, it's definitely doing something as I can feel it in my bum and thighs.....hope I get results! I'm not following the eating plan I just follow a healthy diet most of the time!

Right I'm finally home and sitting down! Today I did KB&T L1 and circuits 1 & 3 of BFBM, then I did a couple of hours of cleaning (which my fitness pal kindly classes as exercise!) then I had an hours reformer machine Pilates class then another hours class which was half HIIT and half Ab's and Butts

Body revolution workout 2 done, you get a resistance cable with it and there is rowing! The workouts alternate so one is front of body muscles and then the next is back of body muscles and then the next day is cardio, the idea being that your muscles get 2 day's rest which apparently trains them better. I am a bit Hmm as this seems to be at odds with shred, ri30 etc so unless she has had a complete change if heart it seems contradictory, but as I never had much success with either of those I am going to go with it. Smile

Keep us posted Thecrazy it sounds great. I'm very stiff today and have been for a walk with a friend that was at least 4 miles so that's that today, I feel better about this knowing that JM advocates a rest ;) so thanks for that :)
