In other news, VdL will take over from JCJ on 01 December...he is out of hospital and has said he doesn't want an extension til Jan 31st. VdL has rowed back on insisting on a UK Commissioner, now saying there is precedent for it etc. She's accepted Macron's pick, but made sure there is a German as his deputy. Wonder how much Merkel had to do with Juncker deciding not to stay on.

Epic, I went and read your rants and I agree with almost every word.
It is a scary time but corbyn is putting off so many sensible people, poor people, rich, those in between.... I wouldn't worry too much.

Batty was very pink in the face and clearly rattled. He admitted there was nothing in the documents about us paying five figure sums for cancer treatment or to give birth or to see a GP but just when I thought AN was going for the jugular, he seemed to drop the ball. 😤🤷🏼‍♀️

Robert Buckland was on in the second half but wasn't rattled about the documents and gave a good account under fire about Islamophobia . However, there has been some sloppiness in the procedures that Boris had better tighten up. Robert a QC as well as former AG and it snowed.

There seems to be several remain tactical voting websites and they are all giving conflicting advise on who to vote for to stop Brexit.

I am currently imagining remain voters all desperate to stop Brexit using a tactical vote but they are all spit equally on which website they use. So they never coalesce around the right candidate and cancel each others vote out... and the Tories get a landslide and we get Brexit.

As a Waspi (who did prepare for later retirement!), I entered my details on the Labour site yesterday to find out how much they would give me. Apparently I'd be due £6,500 - but sadly they can't tell me what they'd cost me. Probably double!

I've paid the price for my curiosity - endless emails from Jezza and his little mates asking for money today.

I noticed this early on, it’s given me a hearty chuckle to see that it is still causing headaches! 😂 anyone would think that each remain party had their own political interests and agendas in mind.
