Well I’m angry because orders have tried up in my DH’s line of work and he’s lost his job.

DustyDiamond · 04/10/2019 18:27

Why are you all (bar the few sensible posters) so angry?

It seems to be the default setting for some posters 🤷🏻‍♀️

BercowsFlyingFlamingo · 04/10/2019 18:38

@BillywilliamV that's shit and I'm sorry to hear it. What did he do and why did the work dry up? I hope he finds something else soon.

CactusAndCacti · 04/10/2019 18:43

Where can/should they go away to?

Remain in their own countries instead of trying to control everyone else.

I have no words.

Random18 · 04/10/2019 19:17

Cactus do you know the best bit?

Shes a Brit who doesn't live in the UK.

jasjas1973 · 04/10/2019 19:19

Mystery has always been a bit of stirrer but dragging the holocaust into this? shows just tiny bit of desperation.

RuggerHug · 04/10/2019 19:26

I admit I snapped and was angry with my last comment but Ireland doesn't care about the holocaust just tipped me over the edge. That poster has nothing to lose and can't ever pretend to consider others worthy of safety or a say in their own lives. She seems to see it all as a real life version of Risk.

frumpety · 04/10/2019 19:33

Mystery is only following the script, people ask if anyone can tell us the real benefits of Brexit for the population of the UK, cue a big fat hairy NO. Followed by a how very dare you even ask Smile

Usually in life if something has great benefits and will have a positive impact on lots of peoples lives, other people will fall over themselves to let all and sundry know what they are. Think of it like a review you might leave for a product you love.

dirtyrottenscoundrel · 04/10/2019 19:40

Shes a Brit who doesn't live in the UK

That’s very unfair considering many remainers on this board also live abroad.

ContinuityError · 04/10/2019 19:42

But if you’re a British person living in a non-EU country then you don’t have any skin in the game.

Unlike the EU based posters that are having their rights removed.

Imnotthrowingawaymyshot · 04/10/2019 19:49

Jasjas your the biggest shit stirrer on here.

Imnotthrowingawaymyshot · 04/10/2019 19:53

Frumpy, leavers have posted reasons why, for years before during and after ref.

If you and all the other remain posters have never chosen to read, or digest what can anyone do for you?

You can take horses, mules to water...

This pub used to be a jovial place until bitter Remainers with inflated sense of self importance decided to barge in and

Take pub bore crown.
And in between 're educating' their older family members who all read the dm... And are deeply racist... They feel they will have spent a day well... By coming on here to try and re educate us.

Random18 · 04/10/2019 19:56

dirty below is a comment from Mystery at 15:24 today

Where can/should they go away to?

Remain in their own countries instead of trying to control everyone else.

Would you agree with that comment?

That's what I took issue with- althougj it does annoy me when she tells us how good No Deal is going to be but won't have to live with the consequences.

dirtyrottenscoundrel · 04/10/2019 19:57

That’s true haha.
Every remainer on here has a racist leave voting parent, or very close family member.

Uncanny.

jasjas1973 · 04/10/2019 20:03

Imnot

I don't "think" i've ever engaged with you & tbh i've never even bothered to read anything you've posted.

tbf i've not a clue whether you re a leaver or remainer.

Imnotthrowingawaymyshot · 04/10/2019 20:03

Isn't it dirty, perhaps explains much Grin

Imnotthrowingawaymyshot · 04/10/2019 20:05

Oh again jasjas.... What do you hope to gain from being on this thread and boring us all with twisting facts, and 'telling' how stupid we are?

Imnotthrowingawaymyshot · 04/10/2019 20:06

Jasjas as for never reading what I or any other leaver has posted really illustrates the issue why Remainers never understand why people want to leave.

Cloth ears.

dirtyrottenscoundrel · 04/10/2019 20:06

If I was living/working in France under F.O.M & France voted to leave the EU, I’d accept that, as a guest in their country, my views were not as important as the people who were citizens of France with voting rights etc.
And, as an English person, if I tried to tell a French person who voted leave, that they were a thick idiot, I’d expect the French citizen to tell me to fuck off.

Imnotthrowingawaymyshot · 04/10/2019 20:08

Same dirty.

I can't believe that some have such high levels of sheer entitlement. Its shocking. Me me me me me

Random18 · 04/10/2019 20:10

dirty do you know what.

I am a Scot. I never got to vote in the 2014 referendum.

'Guests' of Scotland as you call them did. But here's the thing. I have moved away. Yes it would affect me but not nearly as much as them.

Those 'Guests' were living in, paying taxes in and bringing up their families in Scotland. It was right they had a say. Of course I would have liked a say too, but there views were more important that mines.

Bearbehind · 04/10/2019 20:12

imnot you’re clearly a name changer but whatever your history, you simply cannot argue that Leaving is worth the price.

No one can - because it just isn’t.

And if it takes you personally being hit where it hurts to make you realise that, I can only hope it happens quickly

The same with every other Leaver - it doesn’t matter what parts of the EU you have decided you dislike or you object to on principle, you have never articulated how it counters the downsides of leaving.

I don’t expect you to do so now as I know you can’t, but don’t think anyone is convinced by your bravado

frumpety · 04/10/2019 20:16

Imnot I get a crown and an award all rolled into one ? Wow my Friday night is looking up Grin

Thing is though nobody has ever come up with any real tangible benefits for the UK population, if they had, I would have remembered, at least, some of them. Given how close we allegedly are to achieving your end goal I am surprised that you aren't all shouting these benefits from the rooftops. Because its going to be fabulous, right ?

frumpety · 04/10/2019 20:19

Do I get a sash as well ?

ContinuityError · 04/10/2019 20:29

And are deeply racist...

Oh I think mystery has more than proved that with their comments today.
