It's on the BBC news website.

What an utter prick.

I'd my dcs did this at the dinner table there would be words.

Shows his complete and utter contempt for parliamentary discussions that aren't going his way.

If countries were human, the EU would have taken the deluded, confused UK out into the garden and shot them by now.

Lol, never thought I'd defend JRM but perhaps he has a bad back. I'm currently at the Hairdresses with my bad back and would love to be able to slouch like that. Those green benches look really uncomfortable.

Also, I don't know if anyone else has mentioned it but I thought there were little speakers built into the benches and that sometimes the MPs have to lean in to listen to them. I can't actually remember when or where I heard this so I've no idea if it's actually true 😅. Also I don't know if that explains JRMs slouch.

THERE YOU GO. This article refers to the speakers that are set in the benches

Maybe JRM is hard of hearing? 😂

MaximusHeadroom · 04/09/2019 15:08

but fair play to him for being able to answer every question

Really? He may have responded to every question but he didn't answer them.

When did you know about the porogation of parliament?

Asked 5 times by my reckoning before he finally claimed he didn't know.

If you are in your job and a colleague has to ask you 5 times before you actually answer the question instead of spouting nonsense, you would not be in the job for long

It’s not just that he’s there to represent his constituents. He’s the Leader of the fucking House, yet shows such contempt for Parliament Shock

Autumnintheair · 04/09/2019 16:12

I was quite young when dm took me to parliament.. It was so exiting, she was so respectful and yet there was man with feet up, casually on the wool sack!
I couldn't believe it.
It was Nicholas soames.
So after that jrm lounging on chair doesn't seem as bad.

I find keir starmer saying that we are hurtling towards no deal more disrespectful when actually there has been three long arduous years to prepare for it and stop it but kier, has been actively trying to stop brexit.

Mymycherrypie · 04/09/2019 19:09

He said something in response to every question, if that’s what you mean. But he didn’t provide any answers to the questions, he either belittled the question, answered something else, or gave way.
