If there is a GE - who would you vote for?

Surely the end result in our political shambles will be a GE?

I have absolutely no sodding idea at all, I've always been a bit of a floating voter. Previously labour, lib dem and green .

As far as I can tell - no party is stating that sex segregated spaces are to be protected?

The first party to state that women and trans women have different and conflicting needs can have my vote. They don't even need to solve the problem, just acknowledge that there is one.

Fuck knows. Maybe the Greens.

FuckyNel · 13/03/2019 09:10

If Jezza The Red gets in I’m emigrating

TonightJosephine · 13/03/2019 09:11

I already have and am bloody glad!

vivariumvivariumsvivaria · 13/03/2019 09:11

Greens call women "non-men".

Can't vote for that. I'm fond of my noun.

I'd vote labour as I can't stand the tories with a passion.

Haveacupofcoffee · 13/03/2019 09:13

I couldn’t bring myself to vote for anyone at the minute

TonightJosephine · 13/03/2019 09:13

I find all this gender stuff baffling and pointless, and try to ignore it as much as possible. I'll vote for whichever candidate is the most anti Brexit.

twofingerstoEverything · 13/03/2019 09:41

At least one party would have to be willing to stand on a 'revoke Article 50' platform, otherwise we'll be told (again) that by voting for any party that still says it 'respects the outcome of the referendum' that we are, by default, in favour of leaving. This is what happened after the last election.

teyem · 13/03/2019 09:48

No-one. I'm sick of playing them game. They're all just different colours of shite.

BeersTonight2000 · 14/03/2019 02:32

I would vote Labour, not because I think they are the best, but a Labour government would be an appropriate punishment for the Conservatives for making a mess of Brexit.

nuttynutjob · 14/03/2019 03:47

Labour - because Brexit is a Tory shitshow.

Austerity = Tory
Increased Homelessness = Austerity = Tory
Increased use in Food Bank= Tory
Increased Privitasation in the NHS = Tory (Health and Social Care Bill)

Who called the referendum? Fucking David Cameron
Why did he call the referendum ? Was there any need for it?
Why are we facing No deal Cliff edge? Theresa May's red lines

Targeted Facebook ads/social media ads radicalised people who NEVER even thought about the EU before the referendum.

I would love to vote for the Greens but that's not practical.

However, the Tory Party is very good at PR so they will probably will blame the oncoming recession and Brexit on Labour. Then it's going to be a scorched Tory land forever.

Fuck you, David Cameron

OpiesOldLady · 14/03/2019 04:23

Labour

Seahorseshoe · 14/03/2019 04:49

Definitely not Labour. That's all I know.

Spiderbanana · 14/03/2019 04:55

Last time there was a website which had all the manifesto pledges in a database. You answer a load of questions and it tells you which party represents your interests best.

I got Green which surprised me as I have always been a bit Old Labour.

I would like Corbyn's domestic policies but I am so disappointed with him over Brexit, I am not sure what I would do.

EmmaGrundyForPM · 14/03/2019 05:00

I'm a Labour Party member so probably Labour but I have been very disappointed in how they have failed to act over Brexit. On the other hand I have no faith that any other party will be any better.

Dh usually votes LD but I don't think he'll do so in the next GE.

Our local MP is one of the new Independent Group so it will be interesting to see if she gets re-elected.

MrsTerryPratchett · 14/03/2019 05:02

Labour if they were actually the opposition, doing their bloody job.

Goodness knows now.

notsodimwit · 14/03/2019 05:33

Labour all the way!

Igotthemheavyboobs · 14/03/2019 06:34

No idea, we need something new and fresh to come along and be the actual voice of sense and reason!

gamerwidow · 14/03/2019 06:38

I’m usually labour but a Corbyn government would be a disaster.
Probably Lib Dem but I’d skso vote for TIG if they had a candidate in my area.

fauxhuman · 14/03/2019 06:41

Green or labour

MistletoeBalls · 14/03/2019 06:45

I'm wondering if there will end up being a lot of smaller "issue" parties in a GE: one (or more) Pro-Remain, one (or more) pro-No Deal etc
Could split the vote and mix things up a fair amount.

I like our local MP a lot (Labour) but I don't feel any of the parties represent me at the moment. Would be strongly tempted to vote for anyone on Remain /anti-austerity platform.

Mmmhmmokdear · 14/03/2019 06:50

I have no idea. I'm usually staunch Labour but I cannot vote for a party where Corbyn would be PM. I can't see how he'd make Brexit any better than the Tories tbh.

I'd need to read the policies and the local candidates statements before making a decision.

NicoAndTheNiners · 14/03/2019 06:56

I would swallow all my principles and vote for literally anyone who promised to revoke.

InfiniteSheldon · 14/03/2019 06:59

Anyone who promised to honour the referendum and wasn't throwing women under a bus

nrpmum · 14/03/2019 07:04

They're all a bunch of lying, self serving hypocrites so I will probably vote neutral (not Tory or Labour) for the rest of my life now.

Absolutely disgusted by the shit show that is Brexit.
