The papers all seem to be saying that the Labour party have more or less given up trying to oust Jeremy Corbyn.
The 172 labour mps who don't back Corbyn won't leave the party as they don't want to leave the brand and infrastructure behind, apparently. On the other hand, its hard to see how they can reverse their publicly expressed opinion of Corbyn either. So, they are stuck between a rock and a hard place.
Come the next election, will long standing labour voters still vote Labour? In Scotland, the SNP gave them another option but I can't see where it will come from in England - not UKIP surely?
So, let's say AL gets in, and she's even worse than you all say? When it gets to 2020 and there's an election, who will people vote fro if they don't want the Conservatives to win?
