.....what would it be? I was angry this morning- but now I'm just embarrassed. I don't want the rest of the world seeing us in this state.

Devastated. Scared. Incensed at all the Leave voters who freely admit to casting their votes blindly. Even more angry with the Leave voters who say they voted leave because they didn't actually think it would happen. It does genuinely feel like a piece of me has died, and that the world is already a different place than it was this time yesterday. Even my own house feels different, despite the fact that we all voted remain.

I'm in the 18-24 bracket and am struggling to see how we're going to come back from this decision. The odds were already against us, but this just takes the biscuit.

80sMum · 24/06/2016 23:48

I feel bereaved, like something I loved has been taken away. And it has.

I want my country back!!

Vindicated

SpringingIntoAction · 24/06/2016 23:54

Incensed at all the Leave voters who freely admit to casting their votes blindly.

Not incensed with any Remain voters who may also have cast their votes blindly?

incogKNEEto · 24/06/2016 23:56

Apprehensive

FreshHorizons · 24/06/2016 23:59

Before I was appalled I was astounded.

GraceGrape · 25/06/2016 00:06

Not incensed with any Remain voters who may also have cast their votes blindly.

Not understanding or being sure and voting to remain with what you've got isn't the same as not understanding or being sure and voting for something that will produce seismic change. If you are going to vote for changing the face of the country so dramatically, you really need to have some conviction that you are doing the right thing.

letthemdrinktea · 25/06/2016 00:20

That too, Springing. But the leave votes won, the whole of Europe has been dragged into a precarious position, and it now transpires that a significant number of the voters supporting the independence movement weren't prepared for the reality of a leave result.

letthemdrinktea · 25/06/2016 00:22

Yy to GraceGrape.

EssexCat · 25/06/2016 00:22
