I don't think it's great news but I am tired of the hysteria and histrionics that have followed the result. The sudden death of a young mother in my neighbourhood yesterday has put things in perspective for me.

Initially horrified. Now worried. For my children but mostly for the most vulnerable in our society. Their final layer of protection is gone.

This morning I was devastated

This afternoon I'm starting to feel both hopeful and worried. Although the "put the great back in Britain" "stiff upper lip" "now I can be proud to be white British" attitude/comments are making me feel nauseous.
