Hi Gossip To work out the postage I have been using the postage calculator on the ebay website, then adding a bit more for the packaging materials.
I go to the "sell" tab at the top right of the main ebay page, then the "sell an item" option and fill in the form there step by step, choosing the "quick" sell option once I have typed in my main heading. Then I just go through the form and towards the bottom there is a "postage calculator" option in blue.
Clicking that takes you to a section where you choose the type of package, the weight of the package and the type of postage and it calculates the cost for you. I then fill that in on the form, adding a bit, as I said, but not too much or you will get bad postage feed back.
Is that what the more experienced ebayers would recommend? You begin to get a feel for what the postage is likely to be.
I don't print labels, I just go to our local post office as we are in a rural area and I want to keep them in business if I can (plus the post office worker is a friend of mine
