Did anyone else try to watch the Stage 1 highlights on Quest TV last night? They broadcast a programme on Polish border control instead, with no sign of an explanation. Fingers crossed we don't get a similar treat tonight!

We caught the highlights on Eurosport but they were on earlier than scheduled.
I am cross that ITV4 aren't doing it, because they usually show things when they say they are going to.

Does anyone know why ITV4 don’t have the race this year? Ned Boulting alluded to something in his last podcast episode but I didn’t catch what he meant. We got GCN this year but I prefer Ned & crew.

I saw something saying they don't have the rights this year. Not sure why not - I guess you have to bid for them?

Been in Edinburgh since v early Sat so no idea whats happened. Just watching Quest in a hotel room. It's a bit weird.

So nearly every team I have had in velogames has had one of my two low key favourite riders Rein Taramae or Lilian Calmejane, have I got either of them this time? Why of course not.

I'm gobsmacked that not only am I 4th in Mumsnet Mayhem but that every one of my team members has scored points except for Carapaz and yes, I have Calmejane in my team

EUGH I'm at the bottom of the fecking league.

How did I get in the lead? Don't worry, it won't last. I'm like the guy who gets the red jersey early on because the eventual winner can't be arsed to defend it so early in the 3 weeks.
