Guys, I got myself measured and got a new bra today. I feel amazing. Two years since I've been measured. It's the little things in life. 😆

I assume the weather will be nicer this week because schools are back, before raining all weekend?

I could do with doing this.. any good recommendations for a bra fitting in Munster please?

I booked online and got meassured in Marks and Spencers.

Did you find them any good? I used to find M&S useless at measuring but I haven't been back to them in years.

I love M&S for bras but don't get measured there. I've heard a lot of their fitters still add inches to the underbust measurement. If that's the case just ignore it. I find the "boob or bust" method brilliant for measuring and then it's just a case of trying various sizes depending on the style you like/suits your boobs. EBay used to be great for bras I'd often get older styles sold off by lingerie shops far cheaper than what you'd get here but now with Brexit and customs/import charges etc it's just not worth it 😩

@sillysmiles I used Marks in Athlone, I found them good, she talked me through how to wear a bra too apparently a lot of women wear them too low at the back. She was excellent and I feel like a new woman. I ordered some online as they don't have a great selection there at all.

April showers is right.

Our grass is growing like crazy. It is nicer here today, i like May and June!

May always feels like the promise of a long summer ahead.. some warmer temperatures and a feeling that long bright days are ahead of us.

Its chilly here this evening, but i really like long evenings.
Now Dr Ronan is leaving us, at least he seems to be going to a proper job!

It feels like the end of an era with the departure now of Ronan Glynn too.
May is usually chilly and a bit unpredictable with really cold winds. We have had more sunshine than usual this month!
The long, bright evenings are great though.

I think a few new faces would be welcome in public health. I wonder will Tony write his memoirs? Or will someone else create a job for him.

Is it getting old or what, but I liked loads of the Eurovision songs this year!

I liked quite a few of them and voted for four.
There weren't many bonkers acts either this year.
