Where is everyone from in Ireland?

I live in Cork now.

I grew up on the northside but live in a village just outside Cork now.

Im only a blow in but its home!

To use a PP's wording, I was born in Derry/Londonderry/Doire/maiden city/legenderry/Stroke City/Foyle (phew, no-one can make any assumptions with that list!!) but have lived in various places in the South since I was little. Been in Dublin my whole working life (decades) - first on the Northside but have been living in D16 for 18 years now.

From England now living in S Dublin (didn't know Foxrock didn't have a pub!!).

Used to use Magicmum then found, well more started posting on, Mumsnet to instead at the start of my third pregnancy (thankfully!!)

Nothing as common as a pub in Foxrock!!
My sister in law lives in Foxrock that's how I know.

It has the Gables which is a restaurant/brunch place that has wine but never knew it was a wine bar as open after lunch Shock. I would of course learn this when I can't drinkAngry
