Lonely

You have to massage the truth for surveys. I always put income £50k, one child under 4, one car a Mercedes, main earner a degree qualified professional, occasional smoker. Supermarket Aldi & Tesco.

They say they want a broad spectrum of respondents but I have a theory they want middle class people with disposable income.

ememem84 · 22/09/2017 14:24

Aw thanks guys

seacow they look amazing!!! I'd have done the same - brown smarties would have spoiled everything.

Stopped into see dm and ddad. Dm has taken to calling me three or four times a day to make sure I'm ok. Apparently I can't be left on my own. Ddad offered to do my shopping for me today until he found out what I bought in boots then he went all strange.

Back home now. Have done washing, put washing away, made bed, washed up and am now settled on the couch watching dexter.

Dh just text and asked whether baby had made an appearance yet. Grin had to disappoint him.

CollieBobs · 22/09/2017 14:41

fluffy amazing thank you! I used to do those but fell of the survey wagon

seacow they are awesome!

em not long to go now though Wink and put your feet up!

ememem84 · 22/09/2017 14:45

collie

Feet are up. Windows are open. Sun is coming in.

ChristmasSeacow · 22/09/2017 15:10

They look the biz but it is hard not to over or undercook them because the dough is so dark, so they may taste crap. All fur coat and no knickers should have piped knickers on them Grin

SnugglySnerd · 22/09/2017 15:36

They look amazing Seacow and you were absolutely right about eating the brown smarties.

FuzzyCustard · 22/09/2017 15:48

Those gingerbread people are amazing!
And I am so glad to have other people in leggings. Living rurally I have no need of smart clothes any more (standards slipping fast!) so any outfit made of stretchy fabric is a winner for me. slob

CollieBobs · 22/09/2017 17:10

Yay I have an interview booked in 2 weeks. The job has been advertised for ages and they replied to me within 30 minutes. It was advertised as full time but I mentioned part time in my covering letter Blush I just wanted to be honest and upfront. Either they didn't read it OR they read it but they're flexible.

My experience is very specific and matches the business perfectly. Mustn't get too excited though.

Successful NSD although I have a repeat prescription for anti sickness meds. I need a pre pay prescription thingy as it can easily get expensive with a chronic illness.

Jacket potatoes for tea!

Today has been a long day

WreckTangled · 22/09/2017 17:13

Oooo [quietly] gets excited for collie

It's been a long week I think. Beef casserole and mini roasties for dinner.

ememem84 · 22/09/2017 17:16

collie yay! Good luck for the interview.

I've had a bit of a nap. Said to dh last night that this part of leave sort of feels like a hybrid of sick leave and holiday. I know I can go out and do stuff but am scared something will happen...! Haha!

SnugglySnerd · 22/09/2017 17:22

Ooh that sounds promising Collie. Good luck!

WreckTangled · 22/09/2017 17:43

Em what sort of births did your mum have? There can be quite a link.

I need to do some matched betting but need to remind myself what I'm doing and it seems like too much effort Blush

Fluffycloudland77 · 22/09/2017 17:44

Good luck Collie

£5 in from erewards & £1 from a field agent survey.

Girliefriendlikesflowers · 22/09/2017 17:50

Hi all, not keeping up very well i'm afraid.

Had a shocking day at work, the worst in quite a while very stressful and tiring. Meant to be going out tonight but not sure can be arsed.

mammymammyIRL · 22/09/2017 17:52

I'm posting & running I don't feel up to going out but I'm going to anyhow so gotta shower blow dry my pixie head find some makeup & get back on the road in 30 mins!

WreckTangled · 22/09/2017 17:57

Oh no girlie hope everything's ok?

I don't think I can afford to do the matched betting. I just don't have any spare money for my liability.

ememem84 · 22/09/2017 18:12

wreck I asked her this the other day. Apparently with me I was on my due date. Her waters broke at around 3pm. Dad came home from work hen had dinner went to hospital and I was born at 930.

With my sister it was quicker. Around 4 hours start to finish.

Midwife has said there could be similarities. That's what we're hoping for.

Fluffycloudland77 · 22/09/2017 19:04

Wait till payday Wreck, £50 is enough. You never lose the money so you can withdraw at anytime.

WreckTangled · 22/09/2017 19:07

It is payday Blush I lost my coral free bet because I didn't use it in time

ememem84 · 22/09/2017 19:10

Omg falafals were super easy. Yay! I didn't need the back up m&s ones! Used Yotem Ottolenghi's recipe. So authentic Israeli falafals. Mmmmm.

FuzzyCustard · 22/09/2017 19:11

Hurrah - I had saved enough vouchers from doing online surveys for something nice.
Boo- I had to spend them on a new printer and some ink as my printer broke.
Win some lose some! (but at least I didn't have to spend actual cash on a boring bit of IT kit!)

Fluffycloudland77 · 22/09/2017 19:17

Customer services might re-issue it, email them.

Fuzzy yep, always happens to me too. Not fair is it.

Laska5772 · 22/09/2017 19:36

I took back my denim jeggings fromTu they were just too tight at the knee (i dont have fat knees btw) replaced them with dark red 'moose trousers' in my usual size.. love them so much I changed into them when i got into work and have worn them all day.

I still have them on .. they are so comfortable.. I think i might order the navy ..

ememem84 · 22/09/2017 19:40

laksa those trousers are nice but I'm slightly disappointed. I was envisioning moose trousers as something like these...

Still frugaleering into Autumn.....
SnugglySnerd · 22/09/2017 19:46

Those trousers are lovely Laska. Why didn't I see them in Sainsbury's yesterday?

Hope everything is ok, Girlie?
