I have the silver supergra's. I love them.

I'm doing click and collect at tesco tomorrow as I have a £10 voucher.

Fluffycloudland77 · 11/05/2017 19:19

LOL! It isn't, thank goodness. Though I have seen a few round town recently. They are the widest car I have ever seen, and seems to have an A3 touchscreen. Confused

The one we've borrowed is a BMW 330e petrol/electric hybrid. When I drive it I think I probably look like a woodmouse on a Harley Davidson but that's okay.

Fluffycloudland77 · 11/05/2017 19:33

Love BMW. Really grippy.

Just in case anyone is interested, here is the energy use of our house with and without the car plugged in. The day with the higher electricity draw (60p per hour) is when the car is plugged in and the lower (40p per hour) is without the car plugged in. So I would say it's costing about 20p an hour maybe? Not sure what else was running at the time.

Love the sandals. I the white toe trainers.
Got my JO book today but it's going back as the dust cover is torn and creased.

Yy to rice and greaseproof paper.

That's disappointing laska.

I say how rude too.

Can you do the bra intervention measure then just try various sizes there about without doing the shop measure? I'm not looking forward to those days.

Fell into hobby craft Grin

Feeling more poop. Got a lovely blob on one tonsil. Can feel a doctor's appointment coming on

Loveabaconsandwich · 11/05/2017 20:45

DP has spent the last 1.5 hours trying to get DD to sleep I should go and help

Coppersulphate · 11/05/2017 20:47

£27 spendy day but it all went to charity as the village had a charitzy day. Really enjoyable and all for the local hospice.
I would love an electric car. My friend has one and she loves it. It is a hybrid and is silent when on electric. Mine is diesel and I am worried about the emissions and any charges that are introduced.
Need, I like the ones on the right.
Meadow, perhaps if you got to know the hairdresser then you would be ok answering the door.
Is your paper out in the journal yet Sunny.

ememem84 · 11/05/2017 20:50

Ooof. Long day again.

Nails £39.

Have frosted my cupcakes, and collected cake from dm.

Have tidied up for a viewing tomorrow and have done another load of washing. Dh gets back tomorrow.

Asked him to bring me a dala horse from Sweden.

Right . the jobs are all jobbed. Am feeling smug as after Wreck's post I put the washing away after taking it down ( we dont have a TD) rather than leaving it all in a pile on the bedroom chest. I folded/rolled (as I have taken on a bit of Kon Marie in clothes drawers as it does work even though putting clothes away can never 'spark joy' in me ! Grin) and its all away.. There wasnt much of DHs and I dont mind doing it actually as he does pretty much all the cleaning at weekends when he is here!..

House is now DGS proofed and washing up done, kitchen and utility cleaned and tidied and the bread dough started for DH to do when he gets home tomorrow ( we have a sourdough starter on the go so it needs to be pre-prepped the day before baking ) ..

Am feeling so worthy I have had another Wine and sod the diet!

So now to look at spends for to day.. £88.44 on Sainsburys! [shock} Whatever did i buy? £9 was boys clothes, there are two bottles of Hobgoblin for DS and a bottle of wine for weekend but the rest is just weekend groceries - a couple of things especially for DGs..cheese but no meat Hmm.

I also went back to Next and tried on the dress - after all. They have it in lots of colours but I liked the blue and white. Bought it, £24, but not the one I tried on as found one with the pattern sewn a bit more even.. But then when I tried it on at home tonight ,one of the shoulders wasnt right, so back tomorrow and exchange it for another..Hmm

I think I am now going to buy those Toms I first linked anyway as i have to send th eothers back.. I did quite like the ones that were too big, but I think the others are better and probably more robust.. I have a pair of that style (Toms avalon) already so I know they are good on me. so Crochet? or Rose Gold? or both?!!

BTW need where are you planning to wear those killer heels? Wink

Laska5772 · 11/05/2017 21:03

Ooh look Em JIC he doesnt come up with the Dala horse goodies (i had to look them up!)

needastrongone · 11/05/2017 21:09

Lovely nails Em.

I found/find the BMW grippy Fluffy, that's exactly the right word. DH has found the ride too hard in the past but enjoys the feel of the current one. The consumption is really good, if that helps at all? Especially on shorter journeys.

Copper Mine was silent when running on electric too, uncanny to start with.

You've not helped the cause as the verdict is split on the trainers. Smile

Thanks about blind baking and alternatives. I'm surprised I am a quiche virgin too, it's basic really isn't it? Marble cake was/is fab though, I will do the quiche this weekend. DD hasn't ever had marble cake she says, I'm sure I've done it before. Managed to use 7 eggs tonight though ha!

That's crap re the book Life.

needastrongone · 11/05/2017 21:15

Crochet Laska. I like the dress, versatile and the back is pretty isn't it? Very cool in the heat too.

Grin re kondo.

And i'm on my second (large) glass, but have run 30 miles already this week (excuse....)

The heels are for a 40th next week, with a dress I bought for a song at Coast in the sale. But they have gold and silver in them, so will be versatile, even if I can't bloody walk.

I'm actually running the 3 peaks during the day and the party is that night, I also have a house full of guests too. It will be fine...........!

Laska5772 · 11/05/2017 21:19

Lovely nails Em , my fingernails are small and fan shaped.. so I never paint them.. Im fact i have ridiculously small hands and fingera for the rest of me ! I think they stopped growing when i was 13 or something!

I do paint toe my nails though.. and love whacky colour combinations..

I do crustless quiche (i.e no pastry.. ! just cook the filling in a shallow non-stick dish ) You just get the yummy bits then! Egg, Cheese and broccoli is one of my favourites . Plus asparagus this time of year is wonderful.. ( it helps that here we are over-run with it, as the island is one of the country's biggest producers ) . Also smoked haddock cheese and spinach 'quiche' is fab ..

needastrongone · 11/05/2017 21:19

This dress but deep red, it was also £40, so a bargain.

Bacon You used to be able to buy laudenam years ago to get kids to sleep or as pain relief. It's liquid heroin.

I bet there's not a sleep deprived parent who wouldn't consider it if it was still allowed.

Love the nails em. Everyone will think it's code for a baby boy tomorrow [grin

ememem84 · 11/05/2017 21:29

fluffy nah mate. It's mermaid teal. Not blue. 😉 Scan on Monday. Eeeek. Today we hit the 20 week mark. Half way there. Eeeep

Girliefriendlikesflowers · 11/05/2017 21:33

Fluffy Grin I gave dd an anti histamine tonight and the thought of this will help her sleep was def there!!

Been in mum counselling mode as dd very tearful tonight, post SAT stress I think. Let her choose a treat day for Sunday and she wants to go swimming, have a Subway for lunch and do some girlie things (paint nails and face packs) in the evening. That all sounds good to me!!

SnugglySnerd · 11/05/2017 21:41

Bloody SATS, no 11yo should be that stressed.

What's a Dala horse? Off to Google...

Laska5772 · 11/05/2017 21:42

the white background with big blue flowers dress, I mean (I see they also have it with blue background and white on website, )

Loveabaconsandwich · 11/05/2017 21:44

Grin fluffy I could take the drugs and sleep through it though

These is karma. I was one of those smug people (not outwardly so) whose child slept through the night at two months and has only got us up a handful of times. She's almost 2.5 years. Karma is not my friend Angry

laska are you a shopping troll? Grin

Laska5772 · 11/05/2017 21:47

Nextcall it 'Blue large floral'! ( so many!) Anyway its really in nice IRL - better than it looks on the website , I think, .. I tried on the plain bright pink and it looked ...just sort of ordinary)
