I have a 5c. It's a work phone so I don't pay for it. It's shit, I hate it. I much preferred the 4s I had before that.

I DO NOT NEED A DIGITAL SEAR AND STEW. I DO NOT NEED A DIGITAL SEAR AND STEW.

Lovetoknit · 16/01/2016 18:53

NSD today
that's a pain what I also have sear and stew slow cooker but mine doesn't have a timer, just low, medium and high options which is enough for us.

We have lost our cat Woody today. He got hit by a car but luckily lady took him to local pub where I was able to collect him. Dh made him little wooden box and we have put him under a tree in the garden Sad

supermariossister · 16/01/2016 18:57

I'm sorry to hear that :( what a day.

supermariossister · 16/01/2016 18:59

Good that you managed to pick him up so he can laid rest at home with you.

Pointlessfan · 16/01/2016 18:59

Sorry to hear about your cat, lovetoknit. Hope you are ok, I have a cat and I'd be so upset if that happened.

supermariossister · 16/01/2016 19:00

Flowers italian and lovetoknit

I have a galaxy ace mini and it does me just fine :)

Cant stand our slow cooker, everything comes out watery and a strange soft texture - Im all about textures so it hasnt been out in a while.

Feeling really fluey today and I have the kids to myself all weekend (DH working) so I cant wait til bedtime, one in, one to go!

Means I havent left the house though so a NSD. Only the kids have eaten today I feel too rough. Having a hot choc now with DS (definitely shouldnt have introduced him!) which is perking me up. Waste of a weekend and Im working next weekend so poo.

DH got my rings back from the jeweller, 110 quid but cant wait to get them back on!

We're already way overbudget this month and 11 days to payday, not looking good for my savings scheme as some will have to come back out. Damn january! Onward and upward from feb. Called to chase a £310 reimbursement from work which was missing in my dec pay... should be in my jan apparently so fingers crossed. Old me would have left it im ashamed to say!

Whataboutnodetox · 16/01/2016 19:46

Lovetoknit sorry to hear that Thanks

£20 take away for dinner but had a great afternoon at my best friends. Feeling a bit tipsy might have to go to bed zzzzz

LollipopViolet · 16/01/2016 20:17

Evening all, NSD here today :)

I'm hoping to not have to transfer money into my account from savings until the next CC/phone bill cycle, which should be doable as I'm either at work or school for the majority of the next few weeks.

End of February can not come soon enough! Although my DLA should go in at the start of Feb so that'll make life a lot easier.

AuditAngel · 16/01/2016 20:55

Today 60p on mending tape to fix DS's school trousers that he put his knee through. It is actually the first pair of trousers he has done this to in 11 years. But they are £16 a pair, I turned them up, and I want to encourage him not to do (whatever he did but denies knowing what it was) it again.

£18 on new keys. I bent my porch door key (trying to lever something with it). The guy was great, he managed to straighten the bent one and said it would be fine as a spare. Needed one whole set of keys (Yale, Chubb and porch) plus Chubb and porch where I had already bought a Yale. Very impressed that the hardware shop didn't try to sell me the extra key, and they all work properly which is better than Timpson's usually manage.

Still need a birthday present for next week and descaler for the iron (which. Didn't think to buy in the hardware shop)

AuditAngel · 16/01/2016 20:57

Sorry to hear about the poor puss, I lost one that way too.

AuditAngel · 16/01/2016 21:12

The muscle food meat looks great, our SW group have picked ip on it too. I may place an order next time I shop rather than buying meat at the supermarket. I have plenty of freezer space, just currently full.

5minutestobed · 16/01/2016 21:34

lovetoknit sorry about your cat, glad you got him back though.
Bit of a spendy day today, £20 in hobby craft and £10 in Primark (pants for starting potty training eek)
Hopefully going for a walk in the snow tomorrow so should be low spend.
I really want a slow cooker but I need to convince myself we will use it enough.

What did you get done to your rings blue I need mine resized and re played but I doubt I will be able to afford it for a while.

I have a Lumia 830, I love it. Not an iphone fan!

BaBaBaBoomBoom · 17/01/2016 06:24

Ipsos · 17/01/2016 07:11

Sorry to hear about your cat Lovetoknit. Flowers Brew

We're having a good morning so far, playing computer chess and doing the usual industrial scale breakfast construction.

SpottyTeacakes · 17/01/2016 07:21

Aiming for nsd. We have a dusting of snow. Dh is still in bed Angry whilst I'm up watching the land before time with the dc.

Pointlessfan · 17/01/2016 07:26

No snow here. Will have to think of something else to do now our snowy walk is off! It's probably just as well as DD has a cold.
Happy birthday from yesterday bababoom.
