Why do all my LFTs look like this?

For the last 5 weeks every time I've tested. 4 PCR's in that time all negative. How am I meant to rely on them? DH's always tests from same pack with not even a hint of a line....

I did think that but apparently PCR's are more sensitive so surely they'd have picked it up? I can't find anything about it online except if it's faint it's positive, do a PCR but they're always negative x

How long are you leaving them for? They are void after 30 minutes. Also are you eating or drinking before? Some foods can cause false positives so best to do them 30 minutes after eating or drinking.

The faint lines (second pic I posted) come up within 15 min. Definitely not eating or drinking before as I know this can affect them. So frustrating as part of me thinks I shouldn't bother testing anymore but then if the lines darker than it usually is then I should get a PCR for peace of mind.

No my husband has just done one too and his is very very white and negative. I did post the first pic incorrectly the second one shows the line better.

Oh that is really strange. I suppose the only thing you can do is like you say, just PCR test if it is darker than usual. That must be very unnerving though.

Yes especially when visiting family 😞

I can see a faint grey line on the original photo. No idea why it happens but we've had the same (one DC gets this and none of the rest of us do, over several weeks and PCRs negative).

I just tried to add another photo but the app won't let me select it from my photos so I can't add it. I am useless at using this app!
