Does this look positive?

DS has done 3 tests today as a friend, who he’d seen on Sunday, tested positive yesterday.

I took the photo of the last one after 30 minutes, but the other 2 haven’t changed since I read them at 30 mins anyway.

I think I can see a line, but DH thinks I’m mad. Can anyone else see anything?

They’re all negative. You can’t read a LFT after 30 minutes.

You need to notify NHS and book a PCR to confirm.

If you left it the 30 minutes and it read like that you now need to order or go to a testing centre for a PCR test to confirm it.

Yeah, that's positive. He should get a pcr test to confirm, but I'd assume you're all isolating for ten days now, I'm afraid.

Test 3 has a definite line. I can't see one on test 1 or 2 but my phone screen isn't great.

A PCR needs to be booked and the household should isolate.

Because he had a slight headache and was really concerned that he might have covid - both for himself and for passing it on. Actually I think he was right, as I think there is a (albeit faint) darker line each time.

He did read them after 30 minutes as in the instructions.

DH will be quite happy to isolate but he’s only seen the results by text and genuinely couldn’t see anything. He’s on his way home now!

Here’s the guide on how to use them. Read the result at 30 minutes. Don’t leave it longer or the result will be void and should not be reported as a positive.

Very faint on 2, but clearer line on 3. Definitely book a PCR test.
